Venise Rialto Penthouse avec terrasse et vue sur le canal wifi climatisation

Magnifique penthouse (4Ăšme Ă©tage) d'un immeuble de quelques unitĂ©s, sans ascenseur, entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ© et avec des meubles de style nouveau, il dispose d'une belle terrasse donnant sur les toits vĂ©nitiens, d'oĂč vous pourrez admirer le clocher de S. Marco, oĂč vous peut manger confortablement ou bronzer.
L'appartement se compose de: une entrée spacieuse qui mÚne directement à la cuisine et à la terrasse mais aussi au grand salon avec TV satellite et DVD et salle à manger qui a une table rectangulaire pour six personnes.
Les deux chambres sont toutes deux doubles (une double l'autre avec deux lits simples qui peuvent ĂȘtre rĂ©unis) et sont Ă©quipĂ©es de grandes armoires et depuis les fenĂȘtres vous pourrez admirer le canal vĂ©nitien oĂč les gondoles passent quotidiennement
Il y a deux salles de bains, une avec douche, WC, bidet, l'autre avec utilisation des toilettes uniquement.
L'appartement dispose de la climatisation et du chauffage indépendant et du wifi

Amazing stay in Canneregio

Great property for our stay in Canneregio Venice. Great communication with Attilia and Orial the property contacts. This is a four story walk up which was fine for us but may be more difficult for some, especially with lots of luggage. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend the property. The views were wonderful, especially from the bedroom.

The "terrace" is a normal size balcony facing other houses, not the canals. The "canal view" is out of a bedroom window.The beds are not very sturdy or comfortable. The apartment needs many repairs and a deep cleaning.

Perfect stay...again!

My husband and I stayed at this property for the second time in a year, because we loved it so much the first time. Once again, we found this apartment to be perfectly located, clean, spacious and it had all the amenities we could ask for. This place is an amazing value in Venice, and I would highly recommend it!

Nicely located apartment

The apartment is nicely located - close to Strada Nuovo and the Rialto Bridge, but a bit off the beaten path so it is quiet. Host was very supportive during our stay and went the extra mile on several occasions.

Amazing location and views in Venice

The apartment had beautiful views of the canal, and was in a great location so that Venice was easily walkable from it. Attilia was super helpful with communicating with us and giving great directions on how to get to the apartment. The apartment was a great size for us and had everything we needed to have a great trip to Venice.

I stayed in Venice for a week and this apartment was perfect. Great location and the bacari around the corner is awesome. The wine shop next to it is great if you need some wine for your stay (€3? Yes please.) Orial who lived just below is was very helpful and kind as well.

Great space and location

We had a great stay here. Perfect location as we caught the boat from the airport and it took us 10 minutes to walk from the water taxi stop. It took us 15 minutes to walk to St Mark’s Square from the apartment with lots of shops and restaurants on the way. We had everything we needed provided in the apartment and there are a few grocery stores within a 5 minute walk. The apartment is located in a quiet area and well maintained, with the added bonus of a roof terrace. Our check in was excellent with the apartment manager, who gave us good advice on places to visit and places to eat during our stay. We were able to leave our luggage at the location for our last day, which was unexpected and very welcome. Highly recommended apartment.

Great location in spacious apartment

Very nice apartment in lovely and quiet area with lots of nice restaurants and bars around. The place was very clean. The kitchen is small and would need some renovation! But we had a nice stay and can recommend the place. Communication with the owner and his assistant was perfect.

Peaceful and quiet rooftop in Venice-even in July!!!

Lovely apartment. There are definitely a lot of stairs but it is well worth the climb- and it was wonderful to have a location that is far from the maddening crowds but still easy to get around the city. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck looking out at the rooftops and we would highly recommend this apartment!

Comfortable apartment, well located with good views

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the convenient location. The communication on check-in was good and Orial was extremely helpful throughout. While all the stairs were challenging especially with luggage we understand that is just part of renting an apartment in Venice, and the canal views from the penthouse are worth it. The second toilet was useful for a family.

Great Apartment and location. The apartment Manager Attilia was at the waterbus drop off location and helped us to the apartment. He was very helpful with questions during the stay. Apartment was everything advertised and more. Three days was not enough time, but it was fun learning the city. Great time and would recommend the apartment. bob

Beautiful Top Floor Apartment

The place is beautiful and the owner can post better looking pictures of the apartment because the ones on VRBO do not do justice to the apartment. The location is less than 5 minutes walking from the most wonderful place to dine and shop and no more than 15 minutes walking from the Grand Canal Rialto bridge. There is also a grocery store around the corner (2 minutes walk) from the apartment. Perfect place for a Venice vacation.

Pros - great location, good views, good restaurants and grocery store near-by, sunny terrace with clothes rack for drying, quiet, safe area Cons - no coffee pot, kitchen cupboards and counters need to be cleaned out, too much stuff, no comfortable seating in the living room
