Very clean and beautiful apartments with 4 single beds. We enjoyed watching gondolas from our window it was a peaceful apartment. I'd stay again.

The location was perfect for all the major sites in Venice and easy access to the Rialto and Accademia bridges. The apartment was very spacious and very Venetian, and, of course, that view of gondolas riding by was incredible. I saw on a plaque outside the building that the author George Sand had stayed in the building! Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Francesca was great. She met our friends and help them get settled. The apartment is very cool, overlooking the canal. We saw gondolas float by out the living room window every night. The coffee right next door is amazing. The location made it easy to walk all around the city. Good value, charming place.

We had a wonderful stay here! The host was very communicative and helpful in arranging the water taxis for us to and from the airport and meeting us upon arrival. The location of the apartment was perfect for walking around and exploring and the canal views from the apartment were beautiful.

We stayed 3 nights at this beautiful San Marco apartment. The location was excellent, as it was right in the middle of the action but on a quiet side street. The beautiful views of the canal from the living room and one of the bedrooms were amazing. We spent a lot of time just watching all the gondolas go by. It was a true Venetian experience! The apartment and kitchen were well equipped and our stay there was very comfortable. Francesca was an amazing host and very responsive! She recommended some dinner spots and helped book our water taxi to and from which was a great help! The apartment is comfortable and spacious and we highly recommend it! Thank you Francesca!

This elegant palazzo apartment was immaculate and modern inside, with a well outfitted kitchen and the valuable amenity of excellent air conditioning! Communications with host Francesca went very smoothly through the booking, arrival and checkout processes. The iconic Venetian bridges, canals and museums are an easy 5-10 minutes walk and en route you will spot numerous restaurants and shops of all descriptions.

A lovely apartment that was a good value for the area. The host was very helpful in setting up a water taxi for me to arrive and leave. She was waiting at the taxi to get me into the apartment so it all went very smoothly. It was fun to watch the gondolas go by out the window.

Francesca was an amazing host, and was very responsive with any needs we had. The apartment was absolutely as advertised in the pictures, with great views and my family had a wonderful time. if we ever go back we will certainly try to book this place again. The location was perfect. Turn one corner and you’re a very quiet neighborhood with no noise away from all the tourists. It’s as if you’re living like a local!

This was a fabulous stay for us. Francesca was a very gracious host, answered all our question and help find tours for us. The place was clean and well stocked. Close to the Grand Canel and all the shopping and restaurants you need. A canal veiw from the room was awesome!
