A great little central apartment, excellent for exploring the lanes, the sea front and stopping to drink coffee and watch the world go by. Cosy and comfortable we loved it.

The hosts were wonderful! Responded quickly to email enquiries and were very helpful. The location is excellent right in the middle of the town and only 5 minutes from the pavilion where I was attending several events.

Tucked away, however perfectly situated for all the fun and life in Brighton. Book-in process simple and clear, immaculate apartment, with everything you need. We’ll certainly be going back – despite the rain ☹

Marathon weekend

This is an awesome property with everything you need for a break in Brighton. Communication with hosts and check in was excellent and I won’t be looking to book anywhere else for future trips to Brighton.

Perfect Location!

We had a fabulous 3 week stay at the Brighton Apartments. The proximity to the Lanes, the North Laines, Brighton Pier, the seafront and availability of public transport was exceptional. You are also spoilt for choice with the many dining options available. The apartment was neat and clean and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay there again.

This was our 4th year at this property. And we just booked it again for next year. We find it perfect for what we want. Its close enough for everything. Been coming to Brighton for 10 years for a get-together with friends and i only wish we found this the first or second year . After a few places that are unmentionable. This was a great find. And our only worry is one year it will be booked before we can re-book it

Belle escapade

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Brighton dans un petit nid douillet, bien équipé, et très bien placé. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié de trouver sur place tout le nécessaire à notre séjour : serviettes, savons, produits d'entretien, éponges, essuie-tout, thé, café, dosettes de lait et bouteilles d'eau qui nous attendaient au frais. (Pas de raton-laveur par contre...) Les informations données sont claires et complètes, et le petit classeur qui retrace l'histoire de l'appartement et présente ses alentours s'est avéré fort intéressant. Nous recommandons chaudement cette location.

A lovely property and great location. Would definitely stay again.

We had a perfect stay. In the evening you can hear people walking past but this didn't bother me as I was so tired from all the sea air and walking. The property is in a fantastic location to everything a perfect spot. The decor and feel of the apartment was really nice and a lovely comfy bed and pillows. Would recommend providing washing up liquid as we didn't use enough plates etc to warrant using the dishwasher. I will certainly be recommending to friends and family.

Stayed for first time in Studio 2. A great space with everything we needed. Also enjoyed the outside space, nice for a coffee, beer or glass of wine! We will be back - cheers!

Es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen und wir Ko mmen bestimmt wieder. Lediglich die Parksituation in der Stadt ist fürchterlich.

Lovely place and very central. Everything was great. I found it surprising that visitors were to dispose of the rubbish prior to leaving the property in public bins which was a few roads away.

Great location, very clean but noise from the street was disturbing

Very comfortable, greatly appreciated the coffee, tea, milk etc. And Well equipped kitchen. Bed was very comfortable and the living space adequate for our needs. Coffee, tea, etc. that you supplied was greatly appreciated. Would book the premise again but try for a quieter room or avoid a Friday and Saturday stay as the street noise on Friday night was bad but Saturday night was most annoying, on and off until 4.00 am. Overall rating iof 4 only due to the noise.
