Cette belle et entiÚrement rénovée maison de piscine individuelle de 3 chambres / 2 salles de bain est située à 1 mile du pont nord de Siesta Key, à environ 3-4 miles de la plage publique de Siesta Key et à proximité des commerces et des restaurants.
Cette maison architecturale rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e avec 1 826 pc. 00 offre un plan d'Ă©tage ouvert fabuleux avec 3 chambres (King, Queen, Full size et un canapĂ©-lit dans la taniĂšre), toutes les chambres ont de nouveaux matelas et oreillers en mousse Ă  mĂ©moire, 3 tĂ©lĂ©viseurs Ă  Ă©cran plat, de nouveaux planchers de bois franc, une nouvelle cuisine avec comptoir en granit tops, 2 salles de bain rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©es, clĂŽturĂ© dans la cour avec un barbecue. Également offert gratuitement: WiFi, chaises de plage et parasols plus 2 vĂ©los (les vĂ©los et le barbecue sont utilisĂ©s aux risques des locataires), un pack bĂ©bĂ© et jouer et une chaise haute.

This is a spectacular property! The home was immaculate and the kitchen well appointed. The shinning star of this property is the landscape and lighting surrounding the pool that makes it an extension of the home and enjoyable late into the evening. Communication with the host could not have been more accommodating. My stay was5 star . I can’t wait to book again!

The property was just like the photos. Nice, clean,well-appointed, beautiful pool. The pool was not heated upon arrival which was disappointing but host explained how to get it going. One of the 2 toilets (for the 8 of us) did not work properly, the host suggested it might be our fault but once a plumber finally came it turned out to be a broken pipe. VRBO did not really help me in dealing with this major issue and the host was mainly unavailable and then defensive in trying to resolve the issue. I did end up with a small refund which in my opinion did not reflect 6 days of only one toilet to use. I would recommend this property assuming all goes well. If not, prepare for a potentially stressful trip.

Awesome for a weekend girls trip

We stayed here for my friends bachelorette weekend and it did not disappoint! The beach and downtown is less than 10min away, and grocery stores as well. the beds are very comfortable and the pool was very nice!

Wonderful stay

The home has an excellent location which made all of Sarasota accessible. Home was clean, spacious and the property manager was very responsive. The pool was lovely as well. Overall I would certainly recommend this property to future guests!

The Tulip House is centrally located with easy access to the beach, great restaurants/bars, and shopping. The home is well appointed and clean. Virginia is a wonderful hostess.

Wonderful property and stay

This vacation home is absolutely gorgeous, clean, organized and well located, just 15 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes to stores, a mall, excellent restaurants, etc. I highly recommend it for families and for anybody looking to have a wonderful vacation in Sarasota. I’m definitely coming back

Nice for a large family
