A 1 chambre à coucher condo 1 / 10Úme mignonne d'un mile de Glendon et Hagis Beach. Piscine creusée. la distance aux restaurants et à proximité de marche de l'école du dimanche de crÚme glacée. Beaucoup de choses à faire dans la région. Condo a 1 chambre à coucher, salon avec canapé-lit, 1 salle de bain, la configuration du patio extérieur avec un grill. Capacité d'accueil 2 à 4 personnes. Perfect getaway

Unit was very clean. Comfortable bed, bathroom upgrade was excellent. Futon as sofa not very comfortable to sit for extended periods of time. Overall, our second time with host, highly recommend.

Adorable condo close to the beach

This rental was perfect for our getaway. Cute, clean, and walking distance to the beach. Great neighborhood too. Would stay here again!

Pictures deceiving. Bed too large for room; had to climb over spouse to use bathroom. Shower curtain too short for remodeled shower and hot & cold reversed. Had to turn kitchen sink to warm to get a warm shower; then hard to regulate temp almost scalded 2x before we learned the awkward system. Cabinets painted over, but not inside doors. Silverware drawer very dirty still had crumbs in bins; used plastic and paper plates. Also Board of Health shut down pool so we couldn’t use that. We asked for rebate but haven’t heard from owner as yet.

Small but convenient

Our family of four enjoyed our brief stay. Honestly, it’s really only suitable for 3. The couch that makes into a bed might be good for 2 kids but not adults (or teenagers). It is hard! FYI - shower is small and bathroom is tight.

Close and quaint

Perfect little efficiency for one person or a couple, close to public beaches and centered right in the middle of the cape to go both north to PTown or West to the canal. The pool on site was a nice touch too.

Dennis Port Stay

Fair price for the duration of our stay. It’s good if you plan to just sleep and go out for activities. Pool had a close sign posted during our whole stay despite listing offering pool access. Short distance to local beach and a few dining choses. Had to bring our own sheets and clean before we left but you will still be charged a cleaning fee despite leaving property as we found it. Toilet could use some repairs especially the handle.

Cape Cod getaway

The unit was very cozy. Not a lot of space but very adequate for 2. The appliances, coffee maker, toaster, etc worked fine. Food supplies were limited so we needed to find a store immediately.

Not as advertised

Good things: comfortable bed, quiet, close to beach, good Wi-Fi. There are. Major differences between the pictures in the listing and what was actually there. The yard is a mess. There has been to attempt to pull weeds and it is ugly , not the pretty little place you see in the pictures. The bed is also not as shown in the pictures. It is so much larger and takes up the entire bedroom area. There is no room to walk around the foot of it or the far side. It is right up agaytge wall and the slider. Difficult for us older folks to get in and out. Kitchen is missing some stuff like pot holders and a corkscrew. Also no wash clothes or hand towels in bathroom but there was an empty box of tissues! We had a problem with the light in the kitchen. Owner did not respond to email about this for one week! We did eventually get one bulb going but the other 2 were burned out. Carpet was badly stained in some areas. I have pictures to prove all of this. I think VRBO should take this listing down until accurate pictures are posted and the description is updated. It says that they are working on getting Wi-Fi which might turn some people off.

Nice area. Good value

Back area wasn't the least appealing but nice sitting area in front. Bed was very awkward getting in & out for 2nd person. They should turn the bed the other way. Full kitchen and a small couch and table. Place isn't big but it's totally okay for 2....would be great for 1. Wifi is very good. Night before we arrived the host contacted us to bring our own sheets and towels which I found very odd. She said that's quite common since covid. First I've ever heard that ever. We were flying so told her that would be difficult and we'd have to buy those items. She said "that's okay then. We have sets for guests flying in." Host also asked us to leave the suite very clean.....whatever that means?? Anyway....good area. Good price. Good unit.

It is a good location, decent place

Ended up paying 2x what is listed and not able to check-in in a very timely manner. After they charged us a cleaning fee and pet fee, this was twice what I though we would spend, but it was too late. This is a nice place, but very small, and owners didn’t supply door code or Phone number ti call them until we were staring at the place hours after we could have checked in. It was unnecessarily frustrating. Plus we found out then that we were supposed to bring our own towels and sheets. Too late! We found supplies, but like everything in this place, it was on the older, worn side. That being said, it had basics that you need, was reasonably clean and convenient to the breach and lots of options for breakfast lunch or dinner, and market and ice cream too. Place to rent kayaks too!

Cute efficiency unit

This was a cute efficiency unit! Efficiency meaning it is not a big place. It was perfect for the two of us! We had a very busy weekend with a family wedding/festivities, so unfortunately we were not able to use the pool, which looked very nice. The beach was extremely close to the unit. Although we were not in the unit for a siginificant amount of time each day, when we were there, it was very cozy and comfortable. It is not only very close to the beach, but also a couple of restaraunts, breakfast place and shops. The price was exceptional!! Would stay here again!!
