My sons wedding

Came to St. Pete for my son’s wedding. Melissa was so helpful and flexible.. we had a wonderful stay at her place

End of summer trip

In right my daughter and her friends for an end of summer vacation. Parked the car and walked everywhere. Everything is conveniently located and took the trolley to Johns Pass for dinner and some shopping. Condo was just as advertised and very well stocked! We will be back!

Great stay!

Condo is exactly as pictured and well maintained. Pool and hot tub are clean and the beach is right across the street. Balcony looks right at the intercostal and we spent hours watching the birds and dolphins go by! Melissa was great to deal with and responded to any questions we had within minutes.

Amazing!

Truly a great stay! Our group stayed over Thanksgiving weekend and Melissa was so incredibly helpful. She sent us a list of every place that would be open so sweet wouldn't have to stress about anything. The property is perfectly located - literally steps from Publix and beach access. And yet the property is unbelievably quiet. We were able to sit outside and watch dolphins every day!

Awesome stay!

Beautiful place, so closed to everything, relaxing and calm. What was really outstanding for me was the communication with Melissa, almost immediately responses (usually you don’t get that from others). Place is well equipped and secure. We really love the place and location and definitely want to come back as soon as possible!

Wonderful unit with views

Larger than most units. Lots of beach toys, amazing view of dolphins, pool and birds, nice kitchen. Host was quick to respond and a lovely person to work with. Publix next door with a great bakery. Beach access was very easy.

This property was exactly as pictured on VRBO. The view was fantastic, the beach nearby. Publix right next door was so convenient. Although I had to cut my week short due to medical issues, I would definitely come back in the future. Melissa was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with.

Family Vacation

Very happy with the location, loved the 1st floor balacony and view, all the beach/pool supplies we needed, plenty of space. Beautifully decorated. Only issue was with A/C struggling to keep unit cool. Owner was very receptive and sent out maintenance to help troubleshoot. We definitely recommend this rental and plan to go back ourselves.

Comfy, nice location

Well maintained, hit the perfect balance of beach comfortable and nicely appointed. Kitchen was particularly nice and well stocked. Owners were responsive and easy to work with. Property was quiet and pretty but you could walk to anything you need including supermarket. We were fine but only dining table is outdoors. Did have chairs and kitchen bar inside. 100% recommended.

Nice place to stay

We needed to evacuate our house while it was being tented so we chose Treasure Island. The building itself was going through some renovations/painting which seemed to be much needed. Our unit was perfect for our needs. However, there was some mold in the bathroom showers and there were also some dishes that we went to use and they were still dirty with food on them. The rest of the condo was clean and the beds were comfy. The location is perfect and the views were beautiful!

Great stay

We had a great stay. Condo is just like pictures show. We traveled with young children, ages 11,10 and 6 months. There’s really something for everyone. Sand toys and beach towels provided made the kids really happy, even a pack and play for the littlest one! Pool was nice over Looking the bay, saw numerous dolphins, and even a couple manatees! We didn’t use the kitchen much but I could tell it had everything you would need to cook a meal. They also have grills down by the pool that I noticed some guests using. Quick 2 minute walk to the beach and grocery store made things easy as well. Cannot wait to plan another trip!

Our first Florida vacation

We had an amazing time in this Treasure Island condo. It was true to the pictures, and the location is excellent. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook with. Beds in both bedrooms were extremely comfortable. Air conditioning worked amazing. We had a little trouble upon arrival with the code lock, but called Melissa and she picked right up and helped us over the phone. The couch was a little uncomfortable, but im used to my home comfy recliner....lol I would definitely rent this unit again. It was beautifully decorated, clean, and in a perfect location. The pool and hot tub were awesome too.
