This beautiful home is located on beautiful Pensacola Beach, Florida. This gorgeous home is designed for a multitude of guests to enjoy a spacious home with over 8500 sq feet of house and decks! The main living area is located on the 3rd floor to maximize the spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico!

The house features 5 spacious bedrooms with 6 private bathrooms and 1 bedroom with a bathroom just outside of the bedroom. Sea Turtle Retreat has a bunk bed room with 2 twin bunk beds and a twin trundle with a dedicated bathroom for the bunk bed areas. In addition, there are 2 Extra Bonus sleeping areas. Bonus area 1- Features the 4 custom bunk beds which are located in an over sized hallway. Bonus area 2- Features a large game room with a queen futon and is located close to a 1/2 bath. In addition to the 6 private baths- there are 2 extra 1/2 baths, and 2 outside showers. It features 2 Extra Large Master Bedroom Suites with double vanities and tiled showers and a sitting area. Sea Turtle Retreat can comfortably sleep 23 guests in beds in 8 different private areas. The house has 5500 square feet of living area, plus 3000 square feet of outdoor decks, all directly facing the Gulf of Mexico with beautiful views. Another bonus for this beach house are the 3 sets of washers and dryers for your use during your stay.

Due to the 11 inch concrete ICF walls, the home will be quiet and the Geothermal air conditioning will ensure the house stays cool/low humidity during the hot Summer months. The house faces the Gulf of Mexico with gorgeous views of the emerald green water and sugar white sands! A Roof Top Deck enables the best island views and sunsets! Sea Turtle Retreat features a beautiful Gunite Swimming Pool with a waterfall and tanning ledge. The house is built to have all the extras, including a Chef’s dream kitchen, plus a smaller Prep Kitchen on the sleeping level. Other extras include a Thermasol steam shower which is located in Master Bath 1, a gas Fire Pit Table outside located off of the 3rd floor living room. This home offers a Gas grill and XL Primo Smoker along with a sink prep area. The backyard also has a wood burning Fire pit which is located in the lovely landscaped backyard. It is located in a quiet residential area and will make all of your vacation dreams come true! Don't leave your four-legged family member at home. Bring him with you! Pets are family too and this amazing home is now Pet Friendly ($250 pet fee per pet).

Lots of parking, nice pool and grilling area, easy access to the beach across the street with walkways only two houses down, great view from top floor, amazing balconies, three sets of washer/dryers, ice maker, two dishwashers, beach toys and chairs and kayak provided in the garage, 4 bedrooms on second floor and 2 on top, 2 bunk beds (4 beds) in the second floor hallway. Great times.

It was very well equipped and beautiful. I am so impressed with Paradise Beach homes quick responses too. They are building a taller house across the street but you can still see the ocean on each side of it and feel the amazing ocean breeze. Path to very uncrowded beach is just a house away. Can't wait till next year.

The two bed swings on the 2nd balcony were used everyday by the teens for reading and talking. The great room and kitchen were always buzzing with activity with space for the 3 year old to run around in. Good views of the Gulf were visible from both 2nd and 3rd level balconies. However, the new house across the street is blocking some views. We kept our beach stuff in our cars and used all of the rings, floats and sand toys in the garage. That was super nice and the quick walk to the beach is perfect! A great vacation home!

We were not thrilled about the new construction across the street hammering at 7am each morning and how it blocked our view. The AC broke our last day and the company sent a repair person within a few hours but it broke again a few hours after he left. Fortunately we were leaving that morning anyway. Overall it was a nice house with all the amenities we needed to enjoy ourselves.

The first thing that stood out to us was the quality of furnishings, both inside and out. Second was how well equipped the kitchen was. We’ve been renting houses in Florida for quite a few years and this one, by far, stood out. Beach access was within 100 feet. Great location for grocery, shopping, and restaurants. We would not hesitate to rent this property in the future.

The location is excellent the house is stocked with more extras than we have ever experienced. The kitchen was well stocked the paper goods the extra beach towels, more than enough seating for all and the beds were super comfortable. We had a little trouble with some of the door locks probably due to salt air exposure not a huge problem by any means. The staff at Paradise Beach Homes were a dream to work with they were very responsive and friendly. My one suggestion would be to heat the pool it was very cold but at least the gulf was warm!! Overall a fantastic experience.

It was so spacious and everyone loved it! My nieces and nephews loved the pool! The garage was FULL of pool toys, beach toys, chairs, goggles, and umbrellas. This was great for our family that flew in. If we ever have another big family trip, we will definitely plan it around when this house is available. The location was far enough away from the main road that you didn’t have any noisy traffic but close enough to run and grab things from the store.

The house is even better than the pictures. Perfect layout for a large gathering. Everything is in great condition, beautiful views and so close to the beach. Our favorite feature was the large swings on the one deck, great for nap listening to the oean. Kitchen is very well equipped for large gatherings. We had one maintanence issue that was promptly responded to and resolved, great service by Paradise Homes! The only recommendation we have is for a counter ice maker. We look forward to being able to return to this wonderful house!

Dream House!

The kitchen was AMAZING! I've never stayed anywhere with pantry space like this home. We usually have to have all our food all over the counters. Two dishwashers, 3 washer & dryers. They even had extra beach towels there for us to use. Spent most our time on the porches eating & enjoying eachother and the ocean view & breezes. Could not believe all the things in the garage we could use. Chairs, floats and the Kayak was a big hit. We've already booked for next year.

Fantastic Beach Vacation Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I most definitely recommend this rental property and Paradise Beach Homes rental company. It deserves way more than 5 stars! We had 23 family members from Sweden, California, Maryland and Florida during our 2-week stay and never felt crowded. Everyone was so thrilled with the spacious interior and all the high-end amenities, comfortable beds, the nearness to the beach, the availabiity of beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards, umbrellas, a beach tent, even a kayak! After spending time at the beach, everyone enjoyed the amazing swimming pool and outdoor eating area. Everything about Sea Turtle Retreat is above and beyond! We especially appreciated having THREE washers & dryers, TWO refrigerators and dishwashers and an ice maker. The 2 spacious balconies are comfortable and well shaded, and the top deck offered a perfect view of the July 4th fireworks! We contacted the rental management a couple times for minor issues and had immediate response! This house does not disappoint! My only suggestion would be a 2nd beach tent. Luckily I live in Pensacola and had a beach tent that I could bring out and, with 23 people, having the extra shade against the July sun was definitely helpful.

The bedrooms are much larger than appears in photos. The one small bedroom has a door which opens into a bathroom. It has multiple refrigerators, dishwashers, and washer/dryers. There were so many pool and beach toys/chairs/boards that the owners were kind enough to allow use. The beach access was close. The pool is a great size. The shallow deck in the pool is great for small kids. My only recommendation is more seating on the main deck. We rent often and this is in our top 2. We will be back. Almost forgot- plenty of ocean views.

Family vacation

This house is huge, we had plenty of room and plenty of bathrooms. The decks/swings/chairs were very nice and were used a lot. I wish the railing on the decks was more substantial. We didn’t feel comfortable allowing the young children to hold on to or lean on it near the edge of the decks as it just seemed kind of flimsy. The kitchen is probably the most well equipped I have seen. We had an issue with one of the dishwashers at the end of the week but with two it did not affect us. We appreciated the ice machine in the laundry room and access to rolling coolers for the beach. There were ample beach and pool toys and equipment and all were fully functional which was nice:)! We enjoyed the pool, and a bathroom on the pool level was a nice amenity. We did have an issue with a broken trim piece on one of the pool bubblers that unfortunately revealed itself when our granddaughter cut her foot on it. The pool lights don’t work. The steam shower in the master is awesome and all of the showers were very nice. Beds were comfortable. We had some trouble with the electronic locks but I suppose that’s a recurring problem so close to the sea air. Everything in this house is very high end, with the exception of the railings on the decks. I’m sure a house of this size catering to large groups takes a beating over the summer, but it could use a good scrub down in general as it was clean but not immaculate, and a little routine maintenance on appliances. Overall a great house.

Another great year at the Turtle Spa

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this same home for four years now and will continue to come back. The homes location is perfect for easy access to the beach. (Though the direct Ocean view has changed since a three-story home is being built in front of it.) There are still ocean views but smaller. The home has two wonderful wide covered porches with plywood furniture that have been a great upgrade in the past two years. I do feel with so much traffic,there are items that could be improved upon and replaced more frequently. they need to purchase new bath mats in the master bathroom and get all new throw pillows on the sofas. They have been the exact same for four years. And I feel this is not the cleanest. Also, the main refrigerator freezer ( right side) was not working properly and the washing machine in the master suite was not working quite right. ( be home has three washing machines and three dryers, which is excellent for having so many people stay) The pool for the home is wonderful and it is one of our favorite things about staying there. But the pool lights have not worked for two years and I asked both years if they could be fixed. And they have not yet done so. I understand these homes get a ton of use. But a little maintenance would go a long way.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Having stayed at this home last year when it was privately owned we knew what to expect. This is a great home with large kitchen ( 2 dishwashers and 2 fridges) that works well for large groups. The pool is great for kids with a large lounge area perfect for the two 2 year olds in our group and the two levels of wide covered porches are a highlight. I do feel that they could use more outdoor seating in the form of an outdoor table and chairs for meals and new outdoor seating set. Something larger than a love seat would be great to accommodate more people outside at once. The bedrooms are very nice and beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with all the dishes/ pots/ utensils you could need. We love that there is a garage filled with beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, floats, wagon and kayak to use so we don’t have to pack as much! Paradise beach homes we very responsive for our 2 requests and took care of them immediately. ( a new propane tank since it was nearly empty and a wasp nest we found in the backyard) They even came and rolled out the trash cans rather than us having to do it. We were very happy with the entire stay and new management with paradise beach homes and will be returning next year.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was absolutely satisfied with the property. Beautiful house and well maintained. I would most certainly recommend the property to friends. In fact, there were a couple who is interested in renting it. However, I cannot say the same for my Agent, Brenda. My first visit to see the property, I left several phone messages and an e-mail that we would meet her at the property, which she did not respond to. We went to the property and was told by another Paradise person who happened to be there that we needed to go to the office. On the way there, I got a phone call from a very irate Brenda, saying that she is in a wheel chair and cannot go to the house. Well, if she would have returned any one of many my calls I would have done just that. How was I supposed to know she is in a wheel chair? As we got closer to our arrival, I told my wedding coordinator that I had not received the Santa Rosa Island Event Permit from Brenda. She call and left several phone and text messages, again no response. When I called, I spoke with Heather (who I wish was my contact person from the beginning), she checked and followed up with me that the permit was filed and would be in my package when I arrived at the office. I would use Paradise again, but would request Heather. Our wedding event was beautiful, the house met our needs. Thank you, Mona Savaski

Reviewer Comments: The staff at Paradise Beach Homes were so friendly, welcoming, and great to work with as we booked our rental then made a change a few months before our vacation. The house was extremely clean and had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed using the fire pit on the top level balcony and appreciated being able to use the beach chairs, tent, and wagon at the rental house. Renting through Paradise Beach Homes is highly recommended!

Great Beach House for two Families

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a great house to celebrate a wedding. We have rerented this house and hope that it will be as well furnished and stocked next year. It was just transferred from an owner rental to Paradise Beach Homes. There were such nice touches like special towels for the kids, tons of toys, and a kayak to enjoy. My only recomendation on this house is that with two dishwashers, two refrigerators, three washers and dryers, it definitely needs a free standing ice maker. There was only one working in the house. During the summer, that would be a problem for sure.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation was a last minute trip due to work conflicts. We had problems trying to find a place that could comfortably accommodate me, my fiance & her 3 daughters. Paradise Beach Homes found the perfect space for us! We did have a few issues...the air conditioning was not was miserably hot the 1st & 2nd night, but they did get it repaired & working. My only other issues pertained to water. We could not run but one shower at a time, could not flush the toilet if anyone was in the shower, run the dishwasher, the kitchen, etc because it caused water pressure issues. The house was within a very short walking distance to the beach.
