L'appartement est situé au quatrième étage (avec ascenseur) d'un élégant bâtiment historique situé dans le centre via dei Cerchi à Florence. Nous sommes exactement au centre de la ville à mi-chemin entre la Piazza della Signoria et la Piazza del Duomo: il est impossible de trouver une maison plus centrale que celle-ci.
Récemment rénové, Signoria Elegant est meublé dans un style moderne et propose des chambres confortables équipées de tout le confort nécessaire pour vous garantir un séjour inoubliable au cœur de Florence.

Les espaces internes sont organisés sur deux niveaux. Dès que vous entrez, vous trouverez un petit couloir qui mène à droite à la première chambre double, tandis qu'à gauche, il mène à la première salle de bain (où il y a aussi la machine à laver) et à l'espace ouvert spacieux qui est divisé entre le salon (où il y a un canapé confortable lit double et TV) et la cuisine ouverte très moderne; cet environnement est très lumineux et permet aux clients de se détendre devant la télévision ou devant un bon livre après une journée de visites dans la magie de Florence.
Enfin, un escalier vous mènera à la mezzanine où se trouvent la deuxième chambre double et la deuxième salle de bain.

Pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes, ce prestigieux appartement est équipé de tout le confort dont la climatisation, un accès internet avec Wi-Fi et un chauffage indépendant.

The place is in a great location. Not too far from the train station and in middle of town. It fit the four of us easily and it was a plus to have two bathrooms!

The location of this apartment was excellent. We were in the heart of the city. We were within a 10 minute walk to many major tourist attractions, wonderful restaurants and shops. Communication with the host was excellent and they were always very helpful.We were comfortable in the spacious apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. As we mentioned to the host, we were there for 7 nights and felt the cleaning supplies were only sufficient for a 1 or 2 night stay. For future travellers we would recommend more dishwasher tablets, garbage bags and definitely there was a need for an all purpose cleaner. Otherwise an awesome spot for our time in Florence.

Great place to stay in Florence. Close to all of the shopping and sites but just off the main street to get you away from the crowds at night. Place was easy to find and access by the host was easy and straight forward.

The upstairs bed is really only suitable for one person. It is too narrow for a couple. We were three adults and two children and the apartment felt cramped. With the sofa bed made up there really was no place to relax. The only seats were the hard kitchen chairs. The WIFI was very weak and repeatedly lost connection. The air conditioned worked well once we cleaned the filters. The location was excellent. I could recommend this place for a 2 - 3 people max.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Florence. The location simply could not have been better—right in the heart of the city and within easy walking distance of the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria, and countless restaurants, shops, and historic sites. It was the perfect home base for exploring everything Florence has to offer.The apartment was exactly as described: clean, modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The layout was ideal, providing plenty of space to relax after long days of sightseeing. We especially appreciated how quiet and comfortable it was despite being in such a central location.Check-in was smooth and easy, and the host was excellent throughout our stay. Communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful, making the entire experience stress-free from arrival to departure.We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Florence. If we return to the city, we would happily stay here again. Five stars!

Ideal location and great communication with the host. The apartment has a drip coffee machine which we love. It has a dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine/dryer. Rare finds in Italy. The pizza place on the same block has the nicest staff. Grocery market 50 feet from the door had what we needed for a pleasant stay.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time at this vacation rental. You couldn't really ask for a better location. Restaurants and grocery store right outside the building, and almost all the sites were within about a 10 minute walk (many even closer). We were very comfortable in our accommodation. The beds were a bit firm, which some people like, but some people don't. The kitchen is small, but very usable. I would recommend this place to anyone who visits Florence.

Location is fantastic! The space was very nice, plenty of room! but the internet was very spotty (one of our party was trying to work remotely and that was extremely difficult). The upstairs mattress is not great.

Can't beat the location of this apartment if you want to be in the center of Florence. The place was clean and checkin was easy. The beds are not the most comfortable but will do for most. Seems well appointed though we didn't use the kitchen at all, why would you with the abundance of amazing restaurants nearby?

The apartment is in an amazing location, walking distance to shopping, museums, supermarket and restaurants. The apartment was not ready for our check in time and we did not have hot water the 1st day. The communication with the management team was easy and they did address our issues promptly.

Great Location, clean apartment

If you want the feel of a non-touristy place with the cutest Italian charm then this is your place. The location near the Duomo was perfect. Having two bathrooms was wonderful and the cleanliness was spot on! The host went above and beyond to be the most accommodating. We loved every minute

Great location, clean, and easy check in with nice host. The apartment was not a comfortable place to spend time - very limited seating (one couch for two people) and the beds could be improved. The downstairs bathroom had an overwhelming smell of sulfur and was almost unusable. Two of our party elected to stay in a hotel rather than spend a second night at the apartment.
