Highly recommend. Nice clean house in quiet neighborhood and close to the beach and resturants. Screened porch was a huge plus.Melissa was very responsive and helpful. Hopefully do it again next year.

This VRBO was perfect for our group. It is in a great location and only 5 minutes to Siesta Key. The house was clean and the beds were so comfortable. Quite neighborhood. We had a good laugh at a few raccoons in the backyard chasing a lizard! We would definitely stay here again. If you can visit Detwiler’s Farmers Market you won’t regret it. Amazing food and groceries. Thank you again Melissa

Great Spot!!!

Stayed there for a guys golf trip. Gulf Gate Area has a plethora of bars/Restaurants to keep you busy. Would not hesitate to rent this property again

Great weekend stay

Melissa was very quick with her communication when our group requested earlier check-in. Place was clean and was roomy enough for our group of 8. Good location that wasn’t too far from shopping, food and Siesta Key!

Quaint house close to everything

Really enjoyed this house, had beach supplies, charcoal grill, large lanai, and nice common areas. No issues at all and the host is very nice.

Plenty of storage, beach equipment and towels, plenty of seating. Perfect location. Screened in porches were lovely to use. The location is perfectly located to get to many locations. Sleeping arrangements were perfect for 7 of us.

Great Stay in a Great Location

Our group of 5 retirees were in the area to watch Spring Training Baseball. The house met all of our needs, clean, well stocked, reliable WiFi, big screen Smart TV, etc. We didn’t realize the location was so close to numerous restaurants within walking distance (~1/2 mile). Will definitely look to rent again in the future.

Had a great time!

I stayed here for a girls weekend and we all had a great time. The house was very clean and spacious. We loved the screened in back porch. The house was just as advertised and the check in process was simple. The owner was even able to accommodate our request for an earlier check in time due to a flight change. The owner was an extremely fast and efficient communicator. I highly recommend staying here!

Clean, comfortable, and great location!

This house was extremely clean. It had 4 roomy bedrooms. The driveway was wide enough for 3 cars side by side. The house was conveniently located to many amenities and only 15-20 minutes to Siesta Keys beach. It was in a very quiet neighborhood! We were thankful for the fenced in back yard for the dog and the lanai was very comfortable.

A wonderfully gracious host.

We booked this property on short notice, due to an unexpected death in the family. This clean, comfortable home met our needs -- and beyond. It was a lovely place for us to gather at the end of several emotional and high-stress days to decompress and support one another during a very difficult time. Melissa couldn't have been more responsive and kind -- an extra-ordinary host. We would definitely come back.

We visited the week of March 21st. The property was clean and huge! We spent most of the time out on the screened in porch. So relaxing and so close to everything. Would totally stay here again!

Wonderful place for a family get together

My family and I (ages 3-80) stayed her to go to a wedding and have some family time. It was a perfect set up. The home was well stocked and beautifully updated. We would stay again!
