Venez profiter de notre spacieux 2BR / 2BA 1151 pieds carrés condo au 12Úme étage du magnifique Surfside Resort situé dans la section plus calme et moins encombré de Miramar Beach de Destin, en Floride. Notre vue sur l'océan sud-est depuis notre balcon privé de 8 'x 28' n'est pas obstruée par des bùtiments et des espaces spectaculaires!

Nous obtenons le soleil du matin et l'ombre de l'aprÚs-midi alors profitez de votre café du matin sur le balcon et revenez plus tard pour vous détendre dans l'ombre de l'aprÚs-midi. Profitez des magnifiques vues et des sons de l'océan et admirez la cÎte sud-est de la cÎte du golfe jusqu'à Panama City! Toutes les chambres ont un accÚs au balcon grùce au plan de plancher unique de cette unité. Notre intérieur est entiÚrement carrelé avec un nouveau mobilier et un décor confortables et conviviaux.

La grande chambre des maĂźtres comprend un lit king size, un combo SMART TV / DVD Ă  Ă©cran plat de 32 ", un dressing Ă©clairĂ©, un dressing, une coiffeuse et une grande salle de bain principale avec une douche carrelĂ©e. Une laveuse / sĂ©cheuse pleine grandeur est dans la salle de bain principale. La deuxiĂšme chambre a deux lits doubles avec un grand placard et une salle de bains avec un combo baignoire / douche. Il dispose Ă©galement d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat de 36 pouces et d'un lecteur DVD. La deuxiĂšme chambre peut ĂȘtre fermĂ©e Ă  clĂ© et possĂšde sa propre entrĂ©e.

Notre nouveau canapĂ© AMERICAN LEATHER COMFORT SLEEPER dans le salon s'ouvre sur un lit queen-size extrĂȘmement confortable. Un super tĂ©lĂ©viseur HD incurvĂ© de 55 "incurvĂ© Ă  haute dĂ©finition (Netflix Hulu, Spotify, YouTube), lecteur Blu Ray, jeux et casse-tĂȘte dans le salon pour le divertissement.

La salle à manger a des murs en miroir qui offrent une vue imprenable de toutes les places. La cuisine entiÚrement équipée est dotée d'appareils électroménagers haut de gamme et de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour cuisiner et / ou recevoir, notamment une cafetiÚre KEURIG!

Nous offrons un service de plage GRATUIT (2 chaises et 1 parasol) du 1er mars au 31 octobre.

SURFSIDE RESORT est une propriété tout compris comprenant une salle FITNESS avec équipement de gymnastique, pont SPORTS (tennis sous les lumiÚres, jeu de palets, basket-ball) au-dessus d'un parking couvert et sécurisé, grande piscine chauffée et aire de pont, deux piscine, service de restauration TIKI HUT et pool house avec douches et sauna. Sunshine Daydream is in a great location, great view of the Gulf of America, and very welcoming and cozy place to stay. Private beach is just a short stroll across old Hwy 98 (Scenic Gulf Drive). The hosts were great, super responsive and the whole experience was very low stress and a great weekend getaway for me and my spouse. I would definitely recommend.

Nicest condo yet at Surfside

My partner and I have been staying at Surfside for one week for about the last ten years. This condo was just wonderful. We love the area and the condo was up-to-date with very nice kitchen and bathrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our week. We would definitely choose this unit again.

Delightful !

Absolutely perfect! The location is par excellence and is truly steps from the beach. The home itself is exactly as described - clean, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. We travelled with family and cooked multiple meals in the house. The host was quick to respond, exceptionally easy to work with and truly went the extra mile with helping list out some great neighborhood restaurants and things to do! Will definitely stay here again.

Fall Break at the Beach

I reserved this property one year in advance specifically for the handicap accommodations available. My husband is confined to a wheelchair and he was able to move from room to room without any issues. The roll in shower and bathroom sink made our stay so comfortable. There were even portable ramps to the balcony that enabled him to easly access the views of the beach with the family. We will rent this condo again!

Absolutely wonderful!!

We could not have asked for a better rental. I always bring cleaning supplies with me because we have rented some not-so-clean units. I didn’t even have to wipe a counter down!! It was wonderful. The beds were so comfortable. All new appliances. The view from the unit is STUNNING! I couldn’t get over it. Every day it looked like you were looking out to paradise with the sparkling water and dolphins! Would absolutely recommend this unit. John and Patti communicated the entire time and made the whole vacation a breeze.

I really like staying at the Surf Side, this last condo we stay in was one of the best ones.

Great communication with Owners, easy check in and out. Condo was very clean, and has all updated appliances, flooring, counter tops and cabinets. Had an awesome time.

Perfect Getaway!

Easy rental! I had 3 other properties starred and decided to look one last time, and this one popped up and exceeded my expectations. The 2 bedroom was immaculate with an INCREDIBLE view of the gulf directly across the street with easy beach access. There is a large binder that tells you everything you need to know about the property. I felt safe and secure and parking was easy. There were incredible shops and restaurants down the road! I would stay here again and again. The kitchen was equipped with everything I needed to cook every night. TV came with Netflix and all other streaming services. Perfect location on the 12th floor!!

First family vaycay

We originally wanted to book the st pete Clearwater area for our first family vacation and after a slight mix up (because it was my first time using the vrbo app) we definitely want to come back! We had the most amazing week and having a comfortable place to stay played such a huge factor! Chris is a very nice guy! The unit has a beautiful view its very clean and while it was a mistake to book the wrong area it was not a mistake to stay here! Great place to stay thanks so much chris!!

Fall Break

We enjoyed our stay at Surfside 1207. The condo was nice and so was the view. Unit was clean and updated and Chris was great to work with. Week started with rain due to Hurricane Delta, but ended up clearing and the last 3 days were beautiful. My husband and I relaxed and our daughter and her friends enjoyed the beach and shopping and being on the go. Thank you, Chris!

Absolutely beautiful

This is one of the more accurate rentals that I have rented through VRBO recently. First of all it was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked compared to other places that I have rented from in the past. There was plenty of room for my family. Chris was wonderful with communicating with me. Miramar Beach section is less congested, great views of the ocean, Surfside building is rock solid and built to Category 5 Hurricane standards. Unique layout of floor plan has sliding doors from all rooms out to the balcony with views from all rooms to the Gulf of Mexico.

Skybridge from pool deck to the beach, fantastic restaurant in the building, (enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner on the beautiful new dining deck) awesome view, all rooms open out to private balcony.
