Bienvenue chez Decorah! Ce beau bungalow de 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain est parfaitement situé dans un grand quartier du centre-ville de Decorah. Situé à quelques pas de la partie la plus plate et la plus plate du sentier Trout Run, de la riviÚre Upper Iowa, de Whippy Dip, de Decorah Bicycles et de tous les merveilleux magasins / restaurants que Decorah a à offrir. Cette propriété est à seulement un mile de Luther College. Marchez ou faites du vélo partout en ville depuis cet endroit historique ou détendez-vous sur le magnifique porche ouvert et admirez tout le paysage. La propriété peut accueillir 6 personnes et possÚde toutes les boiseries d'origine, y compris une baignoire sur pieds! La chambre principale a un lit queen Sleep Number et un dressing. La deuxiÚme chambre offre deux lits jumeaux. Un lit gigogne est situé dans le salon du rez-de-chaussée. Toute la maison vous appartient pendant votre séjour!

Decorah Adventure

Very nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Conveniently located to the downtown area. Had all the amenities for a great stay and the host was very easy to communicate with.

2nd time staying... just as great as the first time.

This is the second time we've staying at this home, so that should be a good indicator of the positive experience from the first stay. It's clean, spacious, good location and walking from downtown main strip. Just really no negatives for family or 3-4 friends stay. Thank you to the host for being so nice and accommodating again!

Great property with great location

Couldn't ask for a better location for this property. It's conveniently located near downtown, the Trout Run trail, and the Dunnings Springs park. The property itself was very nice. It's an older home that has been maintained well and has a nice feel to it. Lindsey has everything you need and goes above and beyond by having stuff I didn't expect like Keurig cups for the coffee maker and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathroom. There's even a locked shed for storing bikes, which was very handy. Her instructions for the property and for checkout were clear and reasonable.

Cozy Bungalow in great location

Our party was looking for a space that would accommodate early risers and late sleepers. With both bedrooms on the top floor sleepers could sleep and risers start their day without waking everyone. It is located right off a walking trail and within walking distance of downtown and Luther College. Check in was easy and the owners were available and responsive when we had a question. We would definitely stay again.

Great location, walking distance to most of Decorah

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this bungalow in Decorah. Disc golf, river tubing, restaurants, coffee shops, and breweries are just some of the activities you can expect to enjoy on your stay. The couches and beds were comfortable. Guest instructions were clear and well thought out. The kitchen was nice enough for a quick breakfast before heading out for the day's adventure. One of the neighbors even introduced themselves on our arrival. Overall I would recommend this property, and look forward to staying in Decorah again next year.

Decorah Bungalow

The bungalow was great. Our party was two couples and the house was perfect for us. It's close to downtown, Pulpit Rock Brewery, and much more. We did a quick get-away to Decorah and the bungalow was a great spot for us all weekend.

Awesome stay

This is a wonderful smaller, older home that's one block from Water Street, the Decorah main drag. Very quiet neighborhood older, charming, well kept homes. The location is amazing, with Phelps Park up the hill, the Trout Run hike/bike trail to the right, historic homes to the left, and downtown Decorah at the bottom of the hill. We spent evenings on the front porch sipping wine and reviewing the day's activities. The bed was quite comfy. Be aware that although the home is air conditioned, the upstairs bedrooms can get a bit stuffy, even with the ceiling fans. Lindsey provided ample amounts of everything including dishes, cookware, towels, toilet paper, and condiments. There's also a small shed we used to store our bikes. A great experience!

Cute house in old part of town

The house had everything we needed and was close to all of the places we visited. It’s even right on (in a way) a great hiking trail.

Great Location!

We spent two days here prior to July 4th. The location of the property is absolutely perfect. Within walking distance of downtown and a local brewery. The house was clean when we arrived. Each morning we sat on the front porch in the swing and drank the complimentary coffee. The only reason I did not give this 5 stars is the bathroom really needs to be remodeled. The toilet is so close to the doorway/wall that is nearly impossible to use if you are over 6 foot tall. Otherwise, it was great.

Great house! Ideal Location.

Great house as a base of operation for all the area has to offer. House is very clean. Zero complaints. Two blocks to Trout Run Trail, which in itself is awesome. Short drive to Prairie Farmer Rail Trail at Calmar. Short drive to Effigy Mounds. So nice to be able to walk to downtown Decorah for dinner, etc. House owner is very responsive. House is very comfortable. Decorah is a great town. Couldn't think of a better place to stay.

Great getaway!

Perfect location! My husband likes to fly fish and I love to run the Trout run trail. Close to shopping, restaurants, etc. We had a great weekend!

Great Bungalow....Great Location

Great experience from original rental process, right on thru our stay. Convenient location near downtown Decorah, making it so easy to walk to stores and restaurants. The bungalow was very clean and very comfortable and the front porch made for a great place to relax and have morning coffee. Very clean property that is in a great location.

The house is very clean. The location is perfect. It is a very short walk to downtown and a local brewery. It is just minutes off of highway 9 and is so easy to get to. The trail is literally a block and can easily be walked to. If we ever go back to Decorah this is where we stay!
