Magnifique condo situé au 15ème étage du développement luxueux en bord de mer de Icon Vallarta, cette propriété moderne et unique a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances parfaites.

Le condo est entièrement meublé et confortable; un balcon privé avec lit de jardin, table et chaises pour profiter de la vue sur l'océan, du port de plaisance, des bateaux de croisière et des montagnes.

La chambre a un lit king confortable, les draps sont fournis, bureau, lampe et miroir pour les dames. Il dispose également d'une télévision par câble à écran plat, d'un lecteur DVD, d'un téléphone gratuit, d'une connexion Wi-Fi et d'un coffre-fort. La chambre s'ouvre sur le balcon panoramique offrant une vue directe sur l'océan. La salle de bain a une baignoire et une douche à partir de laquelle vous pouvez admirer la vue magnifique sur la mer tout en prenant un bain. Serviettes, peignoirs et serviettes de piscine sont fournis pour votre confort.

Cuisine moderne entièrement équipée avec cafetière, grille-pain, micro-ondes, four, mixeur, presse à jus, verres à vin et tous les ustensiles de cuisine nécessaires. Il y a un grand réfrigérateur avec machine à glaçons et un bar pour deux personnes pour un repas rapide ou pour préparer des repas.

Il y a une belle et spacieuse salle à manger pour 4 personnes. Dans le salon, il y a une autre télévision avec câble, Blueray et Netflix. Vous pouvez profiter de votre musique préférée avec le dock Ipod.

Il y a aussi une buanderie avec laveuse, sécheuse, fer et planche à repasser.

Icon Vallarta est une propriété très spéciale, conçue par Yoo by Starck. Vous pourrez profiter des deux belles piscines, de la plage privée avec chaises longues, lits bébé et parasols. Il y a un restaurant pour le petit-déjeuner, un club de plage pour les collations, un bar sur la plage et des jacuzzis offrant une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Les couchers de soleil sont incroyables. Lovely apartment in a great location!

The apartment had amazing views, it was very comfortable the facilities in the complex were excellent and very well maintained. Communication with the owners was excellent. The only thing I gave four stars was the location as there’s not that many great restaurants close so it does require getting an Uber but there was a good supermarket within a short walk form the ICON.

Amazing place

This place is amazing we will definitely be back. The property is super nice and the location is ideal. We walked most of the time we were there. Even the local people know how nice the place is when we told them where we were staying.

Million Dollar View

This condo was well appointed with all the conveniences of home. The location is excellent within walking distance to stores and restaurants. Taxis readily available for a trip to the The Marina, Malecón or just around town. Contact with the owner was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommended, we enjoyed for two weeks.

We love the Icon

We love coming here! Friendly staff, great amenities, grocery and liquor store nearby. Restaurants in the area,fabulous beach, 2 restaurants on the property with great food and drinks! Perfect!

Perfect getaway

The location of the Icon is perfect and Betzy is a lovely host. Great communication, very well equipped condo, comfortable bed and views to die for. Safe area, grocery store is five min walk, airport is close (but not too close). This is our second visit to the Icon and we plan on being back soon.
