Oversized lagoon style heated pool and heated spa. Terrific outdoor seating area with propane fire table and outdoor TV, Outdoor kitchen with Propane BBQ, sink, fridge. Boat Dock out back for fishing. PGI walking and Bike trails outside your door. Easy access to downtown and Fisherman's Village. Non smoking. Sleeps 8. Primary suite with King bed on main. Second floor has two Queen rooms, and one twin room with 2 twin beds. Second floor family room has a huge sectional sofa for movie nights. High speed internet. Smart Home run by Amazon Alexa. Kayaks, beach towels, Beach chairs, bicycles, fishing poles and water toys available free for guest use. Amazing Home!

The perfect vacation! We had such a great time here. The location was fantastic. The setting was beautiful. The house had tons of space and everything we needed. Sitting by the pool reading and cooking in the outdoor kitchen were some of our favorite activities! Thank you for letting us spend time in your home!! We’ll be back for sure!

Paradise on a Canal

This house was absolutely beautiful. From Alexa playing all our music outside in the lounge area to the gorgeous updated kitchen. We had everything we needed for a memorable vacation. As soon as I pulled up to the house I was impressed. I had a nice brisk kayak in the canal in the morning and bike rides in the beautiful quiet neighborhood during the days. Only 1 issue we had with this house was the fact that the yard faces north. Being that we rented the house in February, the sun barely hit the pool area. Even with the heater on in the pool, the water never got warm. All things considered, it was a wonderful week in paradise.

I am so pleased that you all enjoyed being in our home and it felt like paradise. I'm sorry you did not have warmer Florida weather for your visit. We do keep the pool at 85 degrees year-round, but when the temps dip below freezing at night it does make it chilly for swimming.

We had a great time! It's almost close to all of the nighttime activities, close to the airport we go in and out of and within a reasonable distance of Venice and other areas we visited. Highly recommend

Wonderful!

Upon our arrival we were amazed at the level of hospitality! From the very detailed entry directions… to the beautiful setting including the pool, hot tub, canal and outdoor living area… to the stunning decor of each room… in addition to the fun at our finger tips including the bicycles, kayaks, a paddle board, fishing poles, gas fire place and an amazing home speaker system. Everything was perfect!! Thank you! We will highly recommend your home to others and look forward to returning again soon!

Wonderful spring break!

Allison, We enjoyed our spring break at your beautiful home! Everything was perfect! The house is beautifully decorated, spotless and suppled with everything you need. We could not think of a thing we would change. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and watching movies at night in the lanai. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything. Thanks for helping make our vacation so memorable!

Great Time

It was a very nice house to vacation at, clean and well stocked, the only issue was the hot tube which the owner took care of right away, she was very professional and nice which made me feel like I could talk to her about any problem we may have, which we had no other issues.
