Location was great. The view was amazing. The apartment is very old but the AC worked great and the beds were comfortable. The towels that were provided were not soft and were stiff. The removal of the trash wasn’t ideal but we figured it out. The vaporetto stop was a two minute walk and the Rialto bridge was maybe 5 so the location was the best part.

Apartment was very clean! Spotless. The furnishings are a little less than desirable but we knew that going in, from the pictures. We booked this apartment because of the views of the grand cancel, Spectacular!!! We loved sitting there with a cup of coffee or wine and watched the cancel for hours. Beautiful! Bedding was very minimal. A sheet and bedspread only. Couches need to be upgraded and misc random furnisher with dresser drawers not opening very well etc. Main thing is it was clean, very clean. Views were amazing! Would stay again for sure. Oh, and the air conditioner was fantastic! One in every room!

This apartment has a wonderful location and fantastic view. The welcome host met us promptly. The apartment was clean, spacious and well supplied. The furniture was a tad worn but the beds were comfortable and that view was postcard perfect.

Incredible stay at a beautifully restored home right on the grand Canal

Everything about this day was perfect! The house was incredible and beautifully appointed with antique furniture and lots of conveniences like two Wi-Fi networks, lots of closet space, and a well appointed kitchen. Highly recommend staying here.
