This property is in a fantastic location, on the canal but quiet and a 5 minute walk to the business of Venice. The communication with Martin and Alessia was excellent and Alessia recommended so many great places. The apartment itself is very spacious and clean, has 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is full of amenities including washing machine. It has a great roof terrace and separate terrace with a hot tub. There is also the ability to store luggage. The restaurant below is amazing too. We would definitely recommend -it’s in a perfect spot for seeing Venice and we would love to come back. Thank you Martin & Alessia - you are perfect hosts and the apartment is amazing.

Amazing find. We were there just for a night but it was so beautiful. The beds were comfortable and they even had some breakfast for us. The cohost was able to arrrange transport to and from the airport for us. It was all so easy and I would love to stay here again.

What an absolutely charming apartment! Alessia provided all the assistance one could ask for before, during, and after our stay. Plenty of recommendations and tips, clear instructions, and ensured our stay was fabulous. The apartment is better than the pictures could possibly show. All the essentials, comfortable beds and furniture, and marvelous deck with view as well as the hot tub on the private porch. The apartment is updated, classic, and of a very high standard. Groceries are close by, the restaurant downstairs is wonderful, and there is a vaporetto stop 2 minutes away. Add to that the fact there there are no bridges or stairs between the apartment and the train station and you have the best location possible, right on the canal. Triple glazed windows give a quiet that allows a great sleep. Don't hesitate to rent this apartment if you are lucky enough to find it available!

Amazing apartment on short notice

At the last moment of our trip we decided to go to Venice for a night before flying out. We found this place and booked it immediately. The apartment is amazing, the location is fantastic, and Alessia was a wonderful host. She made it very easy to find the place, then met us to make sure that we made it in and had everything we needed. I cannot recommend more highly.

We loved this property! The communication with the owner was easy and quick. The place is so clean, comfortable, and close to the train station. We LOVED the view. If you want to use the spa, ask ahead. It didn’t heat up in time for us to use. Overall we thought this place was wonderful!

Beautiful property and great location!

We loved our stay here! The hostess (Alessia) is the BEST of the BEST! She met us at the property, showed us all the best places to visit in Venice and several recommendations for dining out. She even sent me links to all the places on WhatsApp. She was very thorough and detail-oriented as well as very fast to respond anytime I texted with a question. The property is beautiful and the bed we slept in was very comfortable. I slept all night. If you use the hottub, make sure you hit “preheat” and let it warm up. It will take 3-4 hours to get to 104 F (40 C). It was perfect! The hot water was great in the showers and the amenities were good. I highly recommend this place. It’s located in a nice area of Venice and there’s lots to do nearby as well as quicker access to the train station when leaving. Come check this property out and stay awhile…you will love it here!

The location was excellent, and the interior was bright and classic. Watching the stars from the rooftop was a special experience, and relaxing in the Jacuzzi after a full day of walking was pure bliss. They also provided a variety of breads for us to enjoy. Communication with the host took place via WhatsApp, and he answered all my questions immediately. Opening the window revealed a view of the canal—the night scenery was simply stunning. Alice(?), whom we met at checkout, was cheerful, bright, and incredibly kind; she showed us photos of her beloved cats and even arranged a water taxi to take us to the parking area. This place made our visit to Venice perfect. I give it five stars.

The host Alessia was excellent! She was extremely accommodating, provided some great recommendations, and was very great with communications, always replying very quickly The check in process was smooth, aside from one minor (one off) issue with the key This place is in an excellent location. The cafe underneath is amazing!! Close to airport that we just needed a water taxi that was a quick ride, not too pricey, which Alessia helped set up The place itself is very nice and clean! Loved the balcony terrace up top. We were only there for one night but it was beautiful

An effortless stay in a romantic Venetian apartment

My fiancée and I spent the last night of our trip to Italy here. We spent our first two nights in Venice in an apartment on the grand canal, but we wish we had stayed here instead. Not only is the apartment sparkling clean, tastefully decorated, and comfortably appointed, but the attention to detail is noticeable and Alessia who helped us with check in was amazing. She knew all the great spots to go to, met with me early to facilitate check in and luggage drop off, and even met us to give us an extra key when we locked ourselves out! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this experience.
