Cette maison à thème nautique - spacieuse et à aire ouverte - 4 chambres avec planchers de bois franc, dégage une sensation relaxante de vacances et de plage! Cette maison est nichée sur un terrain boisé de 3 1/2 acres qui vous procurera intimité et de merveilleux souvenirs de vacances! Détendez-vous et profitez de longues promenades le long de la plage de Goose Rocks par jour, en faisant des grillades et en dînant sur le pont arrière, ou en profitant de soirées assis autour du foyer en profitant de la sérénité des bois du Maine !! Vous préférez rester à l'intérieur lors de ces nuits fraîches? Vous pouvez profiter de l'ambiance du foyer au gaz tout en discutant avec votre famille et vos amis ou en lisant un livre. Il y a deux coins repas / salle à manger: une table haute sur laquelle vous pouvez vous asseoir et profiter de votre café du matin tout en regardant par la grande baie vitrée, ou la table à manger qui peut accueillir 8 personnes dans une pièce ensoleillée ouverte avec un puits de lumière et de grandes fenêtres donnant sur une vivace jardins. En raison du balcon ouvert au 2ème étage, le ventilateur de plafond fait circuler l'air à l'étage et au rez-de-chaussée les jours les plus chauds! Il y a 2 coins salons, chacun avec télévision par câble et 1 télévision avec lecteur DVD et haut-parleurs surround Bose. Le Wifi est disponible en plus d'un haut-parleur Bluetooth. Au 1er étage se trouve la chambre principale avec un lit queen / dressing et une salle de bain avec baignoire à jets et douche à vapeur. Deux chambres à l'étage ont un lit queen tandis que la troisième a 2 lits jumeaux. Les quatre chambres ont des climatiseurs de fenêtre pour les chaudes nuits d'été. Il y a une salle de bain complète à l'étage.(Veuillez noter que le linge de maison, les serviettes de bain / de plage et les draps ne sont pas inclus.)

Family vacation- great time, great location

We traveled with 6 adults and two children and this house had great space for all of us for the week. The landscaping is beautiful, we loved the rocks and the flowers. Location is a quick drive to the beach and town. Every room had such wonderful decor - really lovely thought and detail. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit the area.

The highlight of our summer!

This is our fifth stay and hopefully not our last! The home is beautiful, clean, spacious and has everything we need for a week away. It is the perfect distance from beaches, shopping and dining. We love the privacy and how it makes us feel at home!

Annual family beach trip

This property was amazingly comfortable, furnished lovely inside and out. The landscaping and lighting in the gardens was beautiful and relaxing. Was comfortable for our group of 7 (5 adults amd 2 children) to create great family memories and still feel like we had plenty of space. Close to shopping, beaches and old orchard beach. My family and I love coming to this property. This is our fourth year staying here and already booked for next summer. The house is immaculate and beautifully decorated, the property is beautifully landscaped and quiet and the perfect distance from the ocean, shops and restaurants. This is a beautiful house with a convenient location- a short drive to the beach and downtown area.The property was large enough for 6 adults, two children and a baby. The only downside was no closet in one of the upstairs queen rooms.Pots/pans could use an upgrade. Overall great trip and I would book this property again.

This is a beautiful home with everything you need. Perfect to spend the days at Goose Rocks Beach and have dinner and relax afterwards. Very clean. Great beach vibe decorations. The property owner Andrea is lovely and easy to get in touch with. Our favorite rental in Kennebunkport!

Summer memories

From our arrival until our departure we were very impressed with the home and the beautifully landscaped outdoor environment. An added bonus was discovering an abundance of wild blueberry bushes that we loved to pick. The flowers were beautiful. I would definitely recommend this home to others.

Wonderful Vacation Home

This was by far one of the best properties we have rented for our family vacation. The house is huge (we were 4 adults and 2 kids with lots of room for 2 more) and is beautifully decorated. The kitchen was completely furnished with good quality plates and utensils and everything you would ever need to cook any type of meal. The garden and grounds were stunning and the fire pit was put to good use most evenings for chatting over a glass of wine. We will most certainly rent this property on our next Maine getaway.

10 Star Vacation

My family of six just spent an amazing week in this beautiful home. The location to our favorite beach was an easy drive. I personally enjoyed the gorgeous gardens. After a long day at the beach returning to this home was so relaxing - our little ones could run and play outdoors while the adults could lounge on the patio and/or deck. Perfect vacation

The entire package was even better than we expected. The house was so clean it looked like it was the first time it was rented. The lot is huge and alllowed us to play our favorite games ( frisbee , throw baseball, etc... ). Andrea is a perfect host and responding very quickly to the many questions i had all along our vacation. I strongly recommand this property and we will most probably go back in the next coming years. Yard and Landscape exceeded expectations!

We had a great week! This year, our selection checklist included a 4-bedroom, clean home spacious enough for 6 adults, and a yard large enough to provide outdoor fun for a 1.5 year old. All criteria met! The yard is stunning, and provides for lots of outdoor gathering spaces including a fire pit for s’mores and relaxing after full days. Wooded, private lot vs. a rental on the coast allowed for a reprieve from coastal crowds and traffic. Highly recommend!

Outstanding!

Our family had the absolute best time at Andrea's property. The location was amazing, equidistant btw Dock Square, Goose Rocks, Kennebunk, and easy access to Rte 9, Rte 1, and I95 for additional exploration. The house was clean and comfortable for our group. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor spaces for night time fires and afternoon grilling. Plentiful beach chairs provided, outdoor games such as cornhole and kan-jam. If you like convenient access to all there is to do in the Kennebunkport area but also enjoy the feeling of getting away from it all on a beautifully maintained 3+ acre property set back off the road, look no further. Andrea was so responsive and a real pleasure to communicate with. We would consider a return stay without question and recommend to others whole heartedly.

Exquisite Location and Great Hospitality

Our Maine home rental was everything that was promised on VRBO: spacious, clean, close to beaches and downtown while still offering quiet and solitude. But the surprise was the great hospitality! Besides communicating so well in advance of our trip, the owner outfitted the house for cooking (complete kitchen setup), beach (complete complement of beach chairs and and buckets in garage), and play (variety of lawn games and puzzles for both indoor and outdoor relaxation.) We had SO MUCH FUN in our week in Maine and credit our VRBO rental for providing the perfect setting.
