great place lots of room and the location was very handy to the acivities we want to do

There were 6 adults and 4 children, lots of room for all off us, the yard was great enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay again. Any questions were answered and solved in a timely manor. thanks for the great stay

Vegas Family Reunion

We totally enjoyed staying in this beautiful home that was very convenient to everyplace we needed to be. House was clean and ready for us. Owners were super responsive to every request. Enjoyed the pool and spa and large open spaces of this home. Will definitely choose this house again next time we visit LV.

Large , quiet neighborhood , and not far from the strip .

Great location with a sparkling pool big enough for my family it’s a a very nice house with excellent accommodations . The only downside was the late check- in .

Beautiful large home, great pool

This place is even better than the photos; we were so impressed and did not want to leave! My husband and I wanted a nice home with a pool to stay in during a Covid road trip to visit friends. This place was immaculately clean and had so many great features. The kitchen is perfect for cooking a big meal. The backyard was where we spent most of our time. It was so nice to have a place for our dog to be off-leash. The pool and hot tub are beautiful, nice and clean. Nice seating areas too. There’s many bedrooms, we slept in the master bedroom and the bed was very comfortable. My husband liked having the garage to park his car. I’ve stayed at other rental houses before and this was one of the best. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved, loved this house!

We LOVED this house! Stayed here with our adult kids and their spouses and 2 dogs. The 3,000+ sq ft are all on one story, so it is spacious and spread out with an open floor plan. Everything in the house was designed for comfort and ease - the spacious master suite; rooms with their own bathrooms, all with complete toiletries that did not have to be supplemented; plush and huge living room couch; large kitchen completely stocked with cooking tools and many amenities (including necessaries such as baggies and aluminum foil, many rolls of paper towels); big dining room table; spotless, shining, and completely renovated design; and big open back yard with pool. It is 10 minutes from the Las Vegas airport and Mandalay Bay, 15-20 minutes from the Venetian. located in a quiet residential neighborhood but a few minutes from shopping areas. The owners and property manager answer questions almost instantaneously. We are so happy to have found such a great house for a family stay in Vegas!

Huge, but...

We traveled as four adults and three young boys. Beds and baths were fine, except for the small fourth bed and bath. The kitchen needs updating with dishes, pots, and all utensils, especially those for cooking. The hot tub ran out of propane, despite our following video instructions and couldn’t be refilled before our departure. The fourth bedroom is nearest Warm Springs Road and could be noisy at times. The home has great access to groceries, shopping, dining, and golf. We visited late December early January.

Dennis the propane tank was filled on the day of your arrival. You left spa heater running and therefore the propane tank ran out. Unfortunately the propane company could not service the area again within the week you were there. The house was fully renovated so not sure why you say it needs updating. We have dishes, utensils, pots, pans, crockpot, and many other items needed for cooking.

Wonderful house!

Relaxing

We loved stay here. The pool and outside area were great for hanging out and there was plenty of living room and kitchen space for everyone to move around happily. Very close to stores and the strip. We also went to Grand Canyon West, Red Rock Canyon and Tule Springs. The house itself is amazing and the pictures don’t do it justice! If we ever vacation in Vegas again we will stay here!

Just what we wanted

The house is as pictured. The bedrooms are all a nice size. The layout of the main living area is great and the kitchen is a nice size as well. The backyard is comfortable and has lots of lounge chairs and regular chairs. There is an outside bar and two other tables so enough seating for everyone to eat outside. A large BBQ grill too. We really like the location. Close to the 215 so it makes it easy to get anywhere you’d like. Outlet mall is just up the road, airport is close and so is the strip. This is the 2nd year we’ve stayed here and hope to be back next year too.

Clean and spacious. Perfect to accommodate our large family for hanging out and catching up.

Janie was attentive and responded to questions quickly. The house was spacious and accommodated 15 people hanging out (we had four couples and two babies actually stay here and it never felt crowded). The kitchen was stocked with what we needed and the owners also provided basic toiletries in the bathroom. We never did figure out how to work the Jacuzzi, but that’s probably on us. Janie was great in helping us troubleshoot the Jacuzzi and Internet, and responded immediately. My family would definitely stay here again, and we are considering doing so next year for our holiday gathering!

Awesome Vegas Rental

Looking at the pictures of this house, I had high expectations. And they were met. Great house, very clean and spacious. Location is just a short ride to the strip. And the owners were very easy and great to work with. Will definitely consider this rental again when back in Vegas.

Great space and location

The house was in very good shape, looked like it had been remodeled recently. The beds were all comfortable and the appliances were all new. I think we were the first ones to use the barbecue. The backyard is spacious and enough seating for everybody to enjoy themselves around the pool. The location is great whether you are going to downtown Las Vegas or Henderson. We would definitely rent this place again!
