Beautiful, clean, sanitized and spacious family friendly home with a HEATED pool. Perfectly located 12 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, 10 minutes from the McCarran airport, and 12 minutes from the Raiders stadium. Located in Henderson, this home is close enough to the strip so you can enjoy the desert night lights and far enough and well equipped to enjoy the comforts of home. Located in a quiet neighborhood this home is a 1/2 mile from the 215 fwy. Enjoy free Wi-Fi and flat screen cable tv's in every room.

The space
This lovely home has so much to offer, spend an enjoyable day relaxing in the backyard which is lined with beautiful palm trees, take a splash in the pool, or heat up the grill. Our home features some of the best amenities you’ll find in Las Vegas. Each room has cable television for the enjoyment of our guest; we truly aim to please! Our game room includes a billiards table that converts into a ping pong table. Indulge in a family fun game night with plenty of board games for your choosing.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, pots, pans, silverware and great tasting coffee compliments of the host.

Everything was wonderful starting with the communication with the hosts. Location was great for us. We like to visit the strip, not stay there. Beds were comfortable, lots of space, and very well stocked. Our 5 year old grandson, especially liked the pool. Highly recommend it.

The place was perfect for what I was needing it for. The pool table and table tennis table were in good enough condition to be able to play games with the whole family. The heated pool was warm enough to get in when it was 60 degree weather outside. They did have a few ants here and there, but not terrible, just something that was noticed. Overall clean and aligned with the pictures

We came for a baseball tournament and joining family for a visit. This house had all the amenities! The owners were very attentive and had great communication for all our questions and needs. We loved that Costco, restaurants, and shopping is all nearby too. Our kids loved the pool, ping pong, and billiards table. Priceless memories were made! #wonthechampionship We’ll be back!

Great house just minutes from Vegas. Never had any issues getting to shows or activities on time. House was clean, we had the necessary linens and consumables. The owner even provided a great rich of leaving our a high chair and playpen for our youngest family member and personalizing or access code. It was a great, spacious place to stay and I would stay again.

Perfect location

The property was located to just about any store or restaurant you could think of. Easy drive to downtown Vegas too! Super quiet and neighborhood felt extremely safe.

Living It Up In Vegas

The property was prefect for our group and the owners were flexible with our changing plans. Home is close to everything in the city, plenty of easy take out options, and the pool was a prefect way to get our days going. This house had something for everyone. We look forward to staying again next time.

We recently stayed at this property and had a mixed experience. First, I want to say that the hosts were very friendly, professional, and accommodating throughout our stay, which we really appreciated.The house itself was clean upon arrival, but unfortunately, it’s in need of some updates and attention. While the cleanliness was good, the windows were extremely dirty, and the overall condition of the property felt a little run down. The furniture was very uncomfortable, the springs/ cushions in the family were worn , making it hard to relax, and the decor was lacking—some thoughtfully chosen prints or art would go a long way in making the space feel more inviting.One thing to note is that there are video cameras in the backyard, which means you’re being recorded anytime you’re outside or using the pool. This felt a bit intrusive and made it difficult to fully enjoy the outdoor space.Other reviewers had mentioned maintenance issues, and I have to agree. Much of the tile work and the showers appear to have been done by non-professionals, and it shows. The home really needs some TLC to bring it up to its potential, because it could be a great rental with the right upgrades.Again, I want to emphasize that the owners were truly kind and accommodating, but unless significant updates are made, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Needs some maintenance

The location is great, the neighborhood is great, the space within the house is great, towels, bedding, great ! The refrigerator quit and they took care of that immediately. I may sound picky but just going to give you the facts. Needs some maintenance and deep cleaning The hot water takes a long time to get to you, only one can shower at a time, master bath sink doesn't drain, only one towel rack ,master closet light out, drawer falls out, kitchen stool broken, the patio chairs needs replaced, lawn needs mowed and weeds sprayed. I was very surprised at no coffee pot and no regular iron board no laundry soap, It needs some deep cleaning, vents on ceiling are built up out onto the ceiling, vents and ceiling above stove the same, the walls and the molding have build up and drips down walls, shower was dirty from previous people, dishes were dirty from previous. people.

Spacious House, Quiet Neighborhood
