APPARTEMENT EXCEPTIONNEL AU VATICAN, LUXUEUX, NOUVEAU, JACUZZI SPA, CASA LUIGI.

Au cœur du quartier historique de Prati, réputé pour la présence de nombreux magasins, restaurants, bars et glaciers, l'appartement CASA LUIGI est situé dans un élégant bâtiment du début du XXe siècle.
Récemment rénové, avec une attention particulière portée aux détails, il se compose de deux grandes chambres doubles avec accès indépendant aux deux salles de bains et d'une chambre avec deux lits simples, combinée à la troisième salle de bains dans le couloir. La propriété est équipée d'un salon avec un canapé et d'une cuisine dans laquelle il est souhaitable de combiner la partie fonctionnelle et fonctionnelle avec un coin repas qui rappelle la tradition familiale. Pour améliorer la structure de l'espace bien-être: une salle avec jacuzzi pour 4 personnes, équipée d'une douche, éclairage LED, haut-parleur Bluetooth et radio.
Chaque chambre est équipée d'un téléviseur intelligent (Samsung 40) et d'un système de climatisation.
La proximité des lieux d'intérêt rend cet appartement particulièrement attrayant. Les musées du Vatican sont à 500 mètres. La place Saint-Pierre est accessible en 10 minutes via l'ancien village. Le métro et les bus sont à seulement 5 minutes à pied.

This is the nicest VRBO I have ever stayed in. The apartment is incredible. Great location, updated, washer and dryer are a huge plus. Our host was wonderful as well. This will be my go to place anytime I am in Rome.

From start to finish this was a 5 star experience. Our host Marzia met us at the property with all details and even helped with our bags. The property is literally perfect and the location was perfect. We easily walked to dinners, shopping, and the Vatican. So thankful for properties and hosts like this!!

Like a previous review I read of this apartment said, ‘Look no further’!The apartment was exactly as described. Communication with the host, Marzia, was flawless. She organized transportation from the airport. She met us and helped us check in. There is a small elevator - very useful especially for luggage. The apartment is very tastefully decorated. It was impeccably clean. The kitchen was fully equipped. There was a clothes washer and dryer, which worked very well. The showers were awesome (rain shower hand held). The beds were comfortable. There was ample room for our family of five (parents, 3 young adults). The location was perfect for us. It’s away from the crowds, but very easily accessible, with plenty of wonderful restaurants close by. Only minor drawbacks:1. No towel rack in master bathroom room. 2. Hallway bathroom did not drain well, but host is aware. 3. Living room couch is very low. I highly recommend this apartment!

Our host, Marzia, was gracious and helpful. The apartment was beautiful, spotless, and comfortable for our 3 couples. The location was quiet and convenient to Vatican City and the metro. There was a great market right across the street and an excellent restaurant right downstairs, Bibi Brace & Cucina.

Fabulous Host and Terrific Location

This is a wonderful property in a great location! Amenities abound and there is plenty of space to relax. It was hot in Rome during our stay so we did ride sharing for the longer trips within the city but this location is within walking distance of the Vatican, Castel Sant' Angelo, and a wide variety of shopping and dining. We highly recommend!

Roman Holiday!

This apartment is perfect! Three couples, lots of room, very very clean, great location and plenty of restaurants nearby. Across is a very nice supermarket as well. The VRBO hostess for this property is terrific, so easy and accommodating. We would glady recommend to others and we plan to stay there again on our next visit to Rome.
