Nous avons rendu notre maison trĂšs relaxante et spĂ©ciale pour nos invitĂ©s. Nous sommes propriĂ©taires de la maison depuis 14 ans et nous ajoutons toujours des amĂ©liorations pour l’amĂ©liorer. Nous avons une salle de jeux et une salle multimĂ©dia pour les divertissements. Nous avons 10 vĂ©los, un chariot de plage et des chaises de plage avec parasols. Nous proposons une piscine privĂ©e, chauffĂ©e en option et une cuisine extĂ©rieure couverte avec bain Ă  remous. C'est un endroit formidable pour se divertir et nous avons eu des mariages sur place. Chaque chambre a un accĂšs extĂ©rieur aux ponts et Ă  la vue sur l'ocĂ©an. La cour arriĂšre est clĂŽturĂ©e sĂ©parĂ©ment de la piscine pour les animaux domestiques. Il y a aussi des arbres d'escalade amusants dans ce domaine.

It was definitely a home away from home. Everything I needed to prepare meals was present, from tools to small appliances. We had a pleasant family time stay with a seven month old. A pac n play and a high chair that saved room in our vehicles. My personal favorite was two separate gated areas, pool and backyard. We were able to walk dogs around property off leash for them to do their business. We would absolutely stay again. Hope to book for 2026. I am grateful that they have shared their home. Thanks!

This was our second stay at this property. The house is amazing. They provide so much stuff (dw tabs, laundry detergent, toilet paper, beach towels,beach gear and more) - my husband questioned why i was packing so light. The pool and tiki hut are awesome. The built in seats in the pool are a small feature that we just loved. House is very clean and organized. Owners are great to work with, very responsive to messages. We loved everything about the property.

Fun time for all.

Beautiful home, great amenities, great views. Plenty of room to accomodate all 12 of us and a small dog. House was in walking distance of a public access beach, but was too hot for the grandparents to walk to. The only downside was its closeness to a golf course. My son's car was hit by a stray golf ball. We would definitely recommend this rental to friends and other family.

family vacation

though the temps were a record breaking highs the AC never skipped a beat, the beach was easily within walking distance but not on 100 degree days. we drove to the beach every day, which was easily done as there are many beach access point with parking close by. the pool was use every day with no issues. the house came well stocked as advertised.

This was our 18th year coming to OBX, the prior house we had rented we stayed in for 12 years so switching this year to this property was a huge deal for us. We are soooo happy we switched. This house was amazing. The pool and outside area were fabulous. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked way beyond what we could have imagined. Family Summer Vaca

We stayed for a week in July and had a fabulous time. Very central location, it’s easy to get anywhere. The golf course being right there is very beautiful. The pool is delightful and fun and the backyard cabana area is perfect. I appreciate the abundance of towels, it was great not to pack any. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Fantastic house!

The house and property are very large, we had a group of 9 people and it was a very comfortable stay. The pool is great and the area around it very welcoming. The open floor plan between the kitchen, dining area and living room really makes it enjoyable and very easy to entertain. It was a short walk to a very nice section of beach (i would say about 7 to 8 mins). There are stores close by but the house is in a relatively quite section of the island in-between strip malls on the main road. The kitchen is stocked with many utensils and appliances (2 air fryers and a kitchen aid mixer to note) which was really great when it came time to make food!

Perfect Family Vacation House

Property is very well maintained and close to lot of fun activities, unique eating places, and the beach! House is well supplied with all of the necessities. Heated pool is a plus at the time of year that we were there. Owners were great to communicate with and all check in and check out procedures were laid out and easy. Would definitely highly recommend this area in Kitty Hawk and this property!

Fun Fun Fun for the whole family!!!

I wanted a place depending on weather conditions that could keep a group of teenagers gamefully occupied. This more than fulfilled that with the pool table, air hockey, foosball, and slot machine as well as numerous board games. Enjoyed the bikes to ride down to the beach nearby as well. When it was time to stay in for a little bbq, enjoyed the pool and hot tub to relax. From beginning to end the owner responded quickly to any questions because truth be told there were no concerns at all! A very enjoyable stay for the whole family from the oldest to the youngest! Definitely a place i would look to stay in again!

Perfect Accommodations for Family Reunion

Our family had high expectations for a fun-filled week in OBX. Not only were our expectations met, they were far surpassed. The accommodations and amenities such as the size of the home, the private bedroom & balconies, the well-stocked kitchen, the game room & swimming pool as well as a garage full of beach equipment provided something for everyone. The entire family expressed how much they enjoyed the accommodations and all of the fun that was had during our stay. If you're looking for a good time at OBX, we would highly recommend this home.

Outside space is great

The outside space was really great and spacious. Odd there was no furniture on the decks of the house to sit on though. The sky deck needed some care. The surface cleaning was good, but the windows, ceiling fans, and air returns were not clean. The living room and kitchen space was also great. We’ll set-up for a large group and the kitchen was well stocked and many extra’s. The bedroom in the basement with the window air conditioner was a little musty, but thankful the air conditioner worked well. The bikes in the picture were not in good working order. We were able to use 2. WARNING: I missed there was no elevator, and all week with all 3 floors, became a bit tiresome. Also for checkout you have to wash ALL towels and put them back. That was a first for us.

Family fun in kitty hawk!

This place is perfect for multi-family vacations. Close to beach, and other family oriented venues. Great communication with property owners. My son in law is ready to come back for kitty hawk.2đŸ€“â€ïž

Great house for big family

We absolutely loved the house. It was stocked with all the necessities and more (kitchen ware, spices, garbage bags, beach gear, pool toys). The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes. The pool and hot tub were gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable and we loved having a bunk room for all the kids. We had a lovely stay. Please note that all towels must be washed and put away before departure or you'll be charged.

Family Getaway

The house was amazing! The pool time we shared making memories was also incredible! The kids got to see dolphins swimming in the ocean. It was just wonderful for all 14 of us be able to get together in one house.

We had an amazing time at the Sea scape, the property was clean and had pretty much everything you’d need on your vacation. The host answered our our inquiries quickly and everyone in our family commented how beautiful the house was. Definitely recommended.

We bought this home because of the floor plan, lots of room and lots to do in and out of the home. We love to entertain that is why we built the 3 story staircase so everyone would have easy access to the pool area and their bedrooms. We also built the awesome outdoor kitchen to grill and just relax by the pool.

When we were searching to purchase a home in the Outer Banks, we looked at many. This house felt like a home where all the others felt like rentals. We strive to create a vacation that has most of the amenities that feel like home! We are located on the first hole of Seascape Golf Course. We offer a private pool and hot tub area. There is lots of room for larger families.
