COSY COTTAGE POUR 2 ET UN CHIEN PROCHE DE PERRANPORTH AVEC UN FEU DE JOURNAL. RETRAITE RURALE ET MARCHE DE LA PLAGE

Le chalet est situé à Penwartha Coombe, à 1,5 km de la fabuleuse plage de Perranporth. Un sentier vous y conduira en 20 minutes environ.

Ce cottage dispose de nombreuses fonctionnalités, dont un joli poêle à bois, une chambre confortable et une cuisine moderne. Il a également un jardin clos qui est partagé avec notre autre chalet d'une chambre. Les deux sont parfaits lorsqu'ils sont loués par deux couples, partageant le même beau jardin. Un excellent pub se trouve à quelques pas du chalet. Nos chalets sont très bien placés pour explorer; être à seulement 10 minutes de l'A30 et à seulement 20 minutes de l'aéroport de Newquay (la collecte peut être organisée)
Électricité, draps, serviettes et Wifi sont inclus dans le coût de la location. Les chiens sont facturés 20 £ par séjour. Nous fournissons des bûches et du charbon pour la première nuit seulement, les clients doivent fournir les leurs après cela.

Cheeky weekend away

We spent a lovely weekend in Bill’s barn it was a beautiful little place to stay with our 2 dogs. Garry was very helpful and I would highly recommend staying here anytime of the year

Clean and Cozy

Beautiful building that was perfect for the two of us. Very clean with a great shower and comfortable bed. We loved the wood burner and the small kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Gerry was a great host who gave us ideas for excursions and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended !

Lovely cottage, great location and very cosy

The cottage was exactly as described, very cosy and in a great location. Owner was super helpful and responded very quickly. I did deduct a point for 2 reasons, it wasn't clear in the description that the garden is not attached to the cottage, you need to go via the front of the property, a little more difficult when you want to let the dog out in the middle of the night and also I was slightly disappointed with the lack of condiments, normally you get a few ketchup/mayo sachets at least. Otherwise, it was a wonderful holiday retreat.

Just Perfect

From booking process to communication in the lead up to our arrival to the moment we arrived at this stunning cottage along a tiny little lane, lots of greenery and a lovely little stream. Gary welcomed us and made us feel very welcome indeed and was helpful throughout our stay with local information and even lent us his binoculars for possible whale watching of the coast. Perfect cottage for 2 people and 2 dogs - the garden is completely enclosed - no holes for our dogs to escape. Small touches throughout the cottage, which especially coming from a hotel background I really appreciated. We will most definitely return - thank you Gary and Paula - you have got it right in so many ways. Great to meet you both and thank you for your hospitality - Marleen & John

Liebevolles Cottage in schöner Umgebung

Es waren drei sehr schöne Nächte im Bills Barn. Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten, Bills Barn zu finden, könnten wir nach der langen Anreise endlich abschalten. Das Cottage ist sehr gemütlich. Es hat für zwei Personen die optimale Größe. Unten befinden sich das Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch und TV, die kleine Küche sowie das WC mit Waschbecken. Oben ist das Schlafzimmer. Im gleichen Raum befindet sich die Dusche. Draußen fließt an der Straße ein Bach, welcher angenehme Wassergeräusche ins Cottage zaubert. Zum Cottage gehört ein kleiner Garten mit Sitzgelegenheit. In der fußläufigen Nähe liegt ein uriger Pub mit guter Küche. Der wundervolle Strand von Perranporth liegt ca. 40 min Fußmarsch entfernt. Hier lohnt sich ein Besuch bei Ebbe, wo sich der Strand und die Felsen erkunden lassen. Der Eigentümer hatte noch super Ausflugsziele für uns. Unsere Empfehlungen: St. Ives (Parken in St. Erth), Kynance Cove (bei Ebbe), Trebah Garden, Portloe.

Excellent cosy couple's getaway

My husband and I spent a week at Bill's Cottage and had the best time. The location is fab and the cottage is so lovely and cosy - perfect for two people and a dog! The bed was super comfy and the cottage was perfectly equipped for two people. Our dog enjoyed sniffing round the large enclosed garden, which was useful to have for morning/evening toilet trips. Garry was an excellent host, with vast knowledge of the local area and some really good tips about how to enhance our day trips - including telling us how to take the coastal road to a lighthouse we planned to visit. He didn't have to spend his time doing that and we really appreciated it. We can't wait to stay again the next time we visit Cornwall!

Lovely quiet cottage close to the beach

Lovely little cottage tucked away on a quiet lane a 5-minute drive from Perranporth beach. Lots to do and see in the nearby area. The cottage has a sunny garden great for sitting out in. It was clean and well set up for a couple. Great personal touches as well like Cornish tea and biscuits on the side - always welcome!

Perfect Christmas break

Accommodation was clean , tidy, modern and well equipped. Perfect for our 3 day Xmas break with dog. Situation ideal for beach walks. Lovely traditional pub in walking distance that served lovely food. Highly recommend cottage.

Hidden gem

Lovely cottage in a village about a mile from Perranporth. The position is idyllic, set in a quiet spot with a lovely garden surrounded by trees. The local pub is a quarter of a mile easy walk away. Perfect for two, we also brought our parrot! Everything you might need from parking on the doorstep to a cosy log burner for a romantic evening. Stacey and Glenn, our hosts, are next door and very friendly and helpful. More than happy to recommend.
