Très bien situé, adapté aux enfants et aux chiens, plan d'étage ouvert

Belle-mère séparée entièrement équipée avec entrée privée dans un quartier calme de Denver. Lit KING, draps en coton, couette en duvet. Salon séparé à aire ouverte avec beaucoup d'espace pour les lits pneumatiques; un très grand lit et deux matelas pneumatiques jumeaux sur demande. Cuisine complète. Cour clôturée privée. Stationnement hors rue. Chaise haute et pack and play disponibles pour les nourrissons.

Nous accueillons les clients voyageant avec des chiens. Veuillez nous informer avant de réserver si vous apporterez votre véhicule à quatre pattes. :) Pas de chats s'il vous plaît.

Nous sommes à 5 minutes de l'I25 et de l'I225, à 15 minutes du centre-ville de Denver et du Denver Tech Center, et à 10 minutes de DU. Notre lotissement se trouve sur le magnifique Highline Canal Trail qui traverse la ville. Notre emplacement central offre un accès facile aux nombreuses attractions de Denver. Les montagnes sont proches - à 45 minutes en voiture d'Idaho Springs et à une heure des stations de ski les plus proches.

L'appartement privé attenant à la maison principale comprend une chambre spacieuse avec un dressing et des portes-fenêtres s'ouvrant sur un patio couvert. Grand salon ensoleillé, sièges supplémentaires et un écran plat t. v. avec câble et Netflix. Des matelas pneumatiques supplémentaires sont disponibles. Il y a une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des sièges pour 4 personnes. Cour clôturée privée avec jeu de plein air pour les jeunes enfants. Jouets, livres, jeux disponibles. L'accès Internet sans fil est inclus gratuitement. Nous ne permettons de fumer d'aucune sorte dans l'appartement. Il y a un coin salon extérieur privé approprié pour fumer.

Nice and quiet, you felt like you were at home. Patio was great for morning coffee and meals! It is fabulous to have our dog travel with us and there were dog bowls waiting for him! We would definitely stay again when traveling to Denver! Quick communication between owner! I can not recommend enough!!!!

Our overall stay was great. Our host was excellent in communicating. The place is very nice and the area is in a good neighborhood. Summers in Denver are warmer than usual and an a/c unit would help in the summers. We highly recommend this place.

The place is in a great neighborhood, very quiet and very clean. The only drawbacks for us was that the heat didn't work. We would recommend this place for anyone who is interested.

We stayed here for nearly 4 weeks while waiting to close on our house. We were always comfortable. The kitchen was well furnished, the bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed for an excellent stay. Lovely neighborhood and excellent marks for dog friendliness!

We loved spending time in this nice apartment. It was spacious and accommodated all of our needs. The private patio was shaded and especially nice for morning coffee. The secured fenced-in dog space accommodated our dog very well. He loved sniffing around and watching the birds and squirrels. Our hostess made every effort to make us comfortable including adding a new AC because of the very hot weather. The kitchen was well stocked. We found the steps leading to the apartment challenging. They were not unsafe…just a challenge for us elders.

Devorah and Daniel are kind and considerate hosts, and have included a lot of thoughtful touches throughout the space. Although they live upstairs, it felt very private and noise wasn’t an issue. Definitely everything you need for a longer-term stay, including a private patio and a fenced area that our dog loved. Both outdoor and indoor spaces are bigger than they looked in the pictures. Quiet neighborhood and convenient location.

The host was friendly and welcomed us. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. They had the yard fenced in for our dog, which was very nice. It was a very good location for us to visit our grandkids and to attend our son's wedding reception.

Great spot for Colorado Softball Tournaments!

We loved staying here while we were in Colorado for the big summertime tournament! The location was close to several of the fields, the house was comfortable, hosts were great to deal with and worked with us when we needed to extend our stay. We would stay here again!

Nice Basement Apartment

The neighborhood was very quiet, with sidewalks and a bike/walking trail very close by. The neighborhood had lovely homes with groomed yards. The apartment was roomy and had a small backyard for our dog. It was comfortable and plenty of room.

A Quiet spacious apartment

We had a wonderful experience at this property. It was spacious and very clean. The kitchen was well equiped and the yard was perfect for our dog. Our host and hostess were friendly but unobtrusive. A truly great apartment that we will use again next time we are in Denver.

Home Away from Home

I was so comfortable in this VRBO. It’s very private and has all the amenities you need. The best part was the host Devorah who is so kind and helpful. There were a number of small to fairly large snow storms during my stay and the hosts had everything shoveled in a timely manner. Super dog friendly, which made it perfect for my stay. Highly recommend this garden level homey location.

Home away from home

This was a home away from home! Our apartment stay was spacious for me, my wife and our two small dogs. It was very clean and equipped with all the amenities we needed including kitchen appliances, dishes, glasses, and utensils. Check in was extremely convenient and the location was away from busy roads. This was definitely a perfect choice for a comfortable getaway. Thank you Devorah & Daniel.

Perfect, private basement apartment!

It was a perfect place for us while we stayed in Denver and traveled around to surrounding areas. We had everything we needed especially for our littles who are both under 2. There’s no A/C, but even with days in the high 90’s it didn’t get too hot. Our pup loved the fenced in area and watching bunnies and squirrels. Thanks for the stay Devorah!

Perfect stay, everything was amazing

The property was clean, quiet, and had just about everything I could possibly have needed. My l8ttle dog lived the outdoor space and immediately made herself at home. My. Only regret is that I did not book.it longer. Thank you for a perfect stay and an environment that made me feel safe and at home.

The property is okay. The entrance door, your first impression, needs to be repaired. The storm door has no screen at the bottom and needs to be replaced. The outside area could be cleaned up. Towels were great! Kitchen was well stocked. A binder with information about unit and area would be helpful.

A very private place close to ammenities

This is the second time we have stayed here and it was as wonderful as the first. We arrived very late in the early morning hours. We had called to inform the owners that we were delayed by the airlines. They told us how to get in without requiring their assistance. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and the little things you need first thing in the morning before you have a chance to go to the store. That really counts when you arrive at 3:00 AM. The picture of the patio is just what you will find, and don't forget the playset for the very little ones too. If you go, don't forget to say hello to Sawyer, the very, very friendly golden retriever for us.

Different than hoped

Devorah was very accommodating with dates and check in. Unfortunately the space was not fully cleaned on arrival and while Devorah worked to address the concerns it was not completely resolved. It’s important to know you will hear the residents walking and tv above as well as maybe furnace/plumbing noises as you are in the walkout basement of a home. While again, Devorah was very kind and tried to address the cleaning issues, the combination of that and the noise made it not a good fit for our stay and we decided to make other arrangements.

It is a lower-level apartment and I know there is some noise from above, although no one has ever said it was an issue. It is just me and my husband upstairs. I hope your stay elsewhere was pleasant. Perfect location for me with lots of space!

I chose this VRBO get away because it was very close to my family gathering. The VRBO description is very accurate. My sister and I felt very comfortable there. Our hosts, Devorah and Daniel, had everything ready before we arrived and made themselves available by text if we needed anything while respecting our privacy. There is a private entrance to the private open floor plan. There is one private bedroom with a king sized bed & TV and we also made use of the (optional) queen sized airbed in the main living area which also has a TV. The main living space was roomy enough to leave the air bed inflated for the entire visit with plenty of space to spare. A full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer are all within the unit, accommodating either a short or prolonged stay. Having our own dedicated thermostat and outdoor lighting was also very nice. I must add that there was plenty of hot water for the newly renovated bathroom with a shower located off the main living space. In addition, parking my car in a designated driveway space took the worry of having my car on the street. We met our hosts at one point and they are wonderful people. I will definitely book my stay there again when I need lodging in that area to be near my family. Thank you Devorah and Daniel!
