Location, location, location!. The beach, shops, and restaurants are all just minutes walking time away. The maintenance staff was also very helpful and very prompt in addressing our needs.

Great location!

We had a great vacation. The house was in perfect walking distance to beach & restaurants. The pool was perfect to dip into after the beach! Communication with property manager was spot on!

Siesta Key is Amazing!!!

What a lovely time we had for our first trip to Siesta Key!! Fantastic location, we were able to walk to the beach and all the local restaurants, etc. The house was small but clean and everything we needed for a short girl’s trip!!

Nice

Attached units are understandably under construction. Had a few issues related to that and the management responded so quickly , and even on Xmas eve sent someone out to fix an issue. All things considered, amazing service. Place was nice, clean, well stocked. Amazing location.

All I can say is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! It was immaculate. They thought of everything from beach chairs to beach towels sand toys balls floats for the pool. There is a Grill & laundry outside, Lounge chairs around the pool. Dish soap laundry pods paper towels. Tv in bedroom and living room. The shower was AMAZING!! EVERYTHING IS BRAND NEW!! I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT

Overall, a great experience and great location. No tissue, nor hand towels in kitchen. Bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly so I did it myself with hand sanitizer.

Location was nice for the price, when we arrived unit had sub par cleaning and my wife needed to touch up areas that were missed. We were on the lower floor unit and there was a family above us with a young child running around pounding on the floor. After they left a whole wedding party came in and took over the whole house except for ours. This made us very uncomfortable since they took over the whole common area and pool making us feel like we were intruding at their house. Great value for the money but think twice and do your homework before booking. Cute touch with the welcome cupcakes!!
