Love the Emerald Dolphin

We had stayed in this unit last year and it was great for our group. We love the location of this property and always get the gulf view units This year after final payment was made we were informed our balcony would be off limits due to painting/ resurfacing. This had been going on since February (2 months after we booked unit) The HOA and property manager did not say a word to us until the week before our stay. We pay top dollar for these views. I had to fight with rental manager to get a discount and really we should have been told earlier and been able to make a change of venue. Poor public relations. The balcony is like another room in the condo! This situation was disappointing and the view was of ugly plastic wrapped around the balcony

Amazing views very clean condo

Had an Amazing time!! Views were beyond perfect. The condo was equipped with everything needed to cook in! Very clean and well taken care of !! Will definitely be visiting again!! The condo was also very close to all the essentials and shops !

Great stay

We stay at the Emerald Dolphin almost every year. This unit was clean and had comfortable furniture and beds. Many units are not so well appointed. We will rent again !!

Great location for easy beach access

We had a lovely stay in this unit for our family celebration. It was as advertised in terms of location, accommodations and amenities. We had a few minor issues that were addressed promptly by management. Beach access was easy & quick and we were able to walk to pier & boardwalk, coffee and beach restaurants. The trolley stop is right out front, also. The view from the condo was spectacular and we would definitely stay again!!

Excellent Property other than...

The actual condo was 'most excellent". Clean, well stocked, and nice surroundings. My only complaint has nothing to do with the property but rather the management side. First we arrived about 20 minutes early from our 4 pm check-in and could not open the door, even though it had been cleaned. I thought for sure I had the wrong combo. On the way out, we left the condo on time but wanted to do a last run thru literally 1 minute after check out time. The door combo had already been changed. We left it very clean but hopefully did not leave any personal belongings. While on the property, my two, well behaved teenagers were asked by employees and management what were they doing there, and were 'supposed to be there. numerous times. (I kind of thought the boys were exaggerating until I received a text saying 2 teens had propped a door open. (p.s. we were not even on the property,) Keep in mind, I am a H.S. teacher so I really do know what well behaved looks like. Again this actually zero to do with the actual owners.

Great place to stay at the beach.

The property was clean and had a swimming pool if you didn’t want to go to the beach. It had a great view of the beach and within walking distance to the beach and a convenient store. I would stay again.

This property is only okay. I won't be going back. Neither of the two gate codes worked consistently. The refrigerator didn't work for the first 2 days. Cleanliness was ok but not up to par.

Condo is spacious and well equipped. Chose this condo because of views from living room and master bedroom. The balcony and view did not disappoint. We will be back! Thank you for a great stay!

Hurricane relief

I had booked this before Ida decided to visit Louisiana. The property was great. The views from the 16th floor was amazing. The beach was a short walk across the street. Condo had everything we needed while we were there. I like the kitchen, but it need up grade on the cooking utensils.

Dirty Condo with old uncomfortable furniture

The floor was dirty in arrival. The caulk was black with mildew in the shower and the ceiling fans had thick dust accumulated on them. The kitchen had a very old bro ken Mr. Coffee without coffee filters, no liquid measuring cups and no teapot. The master bed was sagged from use and needs replacing. Would not stay here again.

Great location.

All would be perfect, if not a lack of basic items. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash/soap(just one tiny bar), detergent(washer/dryer in the unit), pepper towels. bring everything with you. Otherwise, very good location, perfect view, and a nice unit.

Emerald Dolphin never disappoints!!!!

This condo is beautiful. The view from master bedroom and the balcony!!! The balcony is in a shade all the time- so you can read and eat and enjoy the views! The patio furniture is very comfortable. The unit has a very nice mattress in the master. The unit is very clean and has a nice jacuzzi tub in the master. It’s my 8th time in Pensacola Beach and 3rd time at the Emerald Dolphin- the hot tub is a must for us and the proximity to Peg Leg Pete’s was nice as well. So, no complaints. We loved everything!! I would add a hair dryer to both bathrooms- you need one for sure! I would stick the kitchen a little better- a spice rack, salt, pepper, some honey, hot sauce, sugar- these things you need if you decide to cook. Most condos have those. So I never had to buy any of it. Thankfully, we ate out most of the time, so it didn’t matter.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and nice place, plenty of dishes/cookware, beautiful view from the balcony, close to fort pickens and loved going there less people, this condo seemed to be on the end of the beach with less people big plus! Tom thumb next door and peg leg Pete's which was so convenient! We would stay here again!

Beautiful condo

We absolutely loved this condo!! It was furnished beautifully, very clean, the view was just gorgeous and the bed was so comfortable! The kitchen was stocked perfectly. There were no problems whatsoever!! Loved our stay!!!❀
