I stayed at this property for my bachelorette party and was extremely impressed. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the hosts were incredibly responsive whenever I had questions. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and the perfect size for our group of seven.The location was excellent—situated in a great area with easy access to the parks, as well as plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed the stay, and we couldn't have been happier with our experience. I would definitely choose to stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

We enjoyed our stay! The home was clean and well stocked. It had everything we needed for our vacation. It was conveniently located with quick access to Disney World. I would definitely recommend this property!

For check in, I never received instructions on the gate or entering the property. Called the property management office and they provided unclear instructions and 5 minutes later received an email with accurate instructions. All the bedding was damp, not fully dry, so we had to sleep with throws over us the first night. Reported to the property management company who brought only sheets the next day and did not remake beds. No blankets. Upstairs shower did not drain properly. Did not report.

Imagine a calming atmosphere with comfortable furniture, quality furnishings, and bed sets that relax you completely placed within easy driving distance of every imaginable attraction for kids and the older young at heart, throw in beaches as well and you have captured all that is good about Lucaya Village

To whoever is reading this, you'll scroll through a lot of properties and literally take 2 days to make a decision but let me tell you if you have families quit clicking this is it. It looks just like the photos prophet is safe extra clean the communication with the host except the amazing, this is your vacation home

Our family rented this unit because of its close proximity to Disney. It was a 15 minute drive each day to the park. The community is gated for a bit of extra comfort given how busy Kissimmee is. The guy working the desk in the club house was super friendly and welcoming.When we entered the unit we could tell it had been cleaned well. It smelled very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils. They give you a starter pack of toiletries which was plenty for our 4 night stay. I do wish that they included a few laundry pods. First house I have rented that didn’t have some.I didn’t give this unit the highest rating for a few reasons. When we all went to bed we realized the fleece blankets they put on the beds weren’t fully dry so all of the beds were wet in the leg area. So we had to dry our blankets in the dryer before sleeping. The beds are ok comfort wise, but the big issue is they are super loud when you move around at night. My wife and I slept on the first floor and we could hear the bed making popping noises every time my wife’s mom moved above us. The walls seem thin so noise travels. The first floor bedroom also stays a lot warmer than the rest of the unit because there is no air return. It’s just vents screwed on the drywall. Luckily they had a table fan so it helped stay cooler. The rest of the house is perfect though. Me being a bit picky on some things shouldn’t deter someone from renting this unit. Overall a very nice place.

Great home for a family stay. Clean, comfortable, and had all the facilities we needed. You do need a car to get around, but everything is close by. The Disney parks were especially convenient, only around 16 minutes away by car.
