Your feedback is essential to us, and we've relayed your comments to the homeowner, who would like to address the following:-The coffee pot was left unplugged for safety reasons, a common practice in many hotels. It simply needed to be plugged in for use.-It appears that a pet was brought into the property during your stay. Please note that we have a strict no-pets to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests. This required us to perform a hypoallergenic cleaning of the property.Our commitment to providing an exceptional stay remains steadfast, and we eagerly anticipate hosting many more satisfied guests.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - We use professional photography for the home, so the features you see on the listing are accurately advertised. We do not advertise having these amenities but would have been happy to provide you with what we could have, had you reached out during your stay. - We do have metal garden stays that are in the ground but nothing is sharp or protruding. We're very sorry to hear of the damaged tire and wish you would have let us know during your trip as we would have been happy to assist. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
