Tied for first worst property I have ever stayed

The process at Tides is a run around. Check -in was not smooth, they require "cash" deposit of $20 for park tag which you may never see again. Valet is nothing more than a fancy word for park to pay. The beach is very dirty, locals say it is biggest complaint. The condo was old, towel racks falling off wall, old batteries in clock and remotes, spotty TV connection, bedroom TV only had one station, appliances not great, futons super uncomfortable to sleep on. Kitchen had sauce splatter on walls (we cooked no sauce), shower had zero water pressure and bathroom mot very clean. Overall not a great experience, Tides staff gave the run around and owner didn't seem to care about our concerns.

Florida vacation

The property was just as advertised. Unit was clean. When my plane landed I called my contact person and she basically got to the unit the same time I did .she then checked me in..very easy. I had a really good time and hope to use property again. Thanks.

2023 Month in Hollywood Beach

Check in was easy. Natalia and Isabella were very responsive on my inquiries and requests. View of the intercostal from our balcony was beautiful. Short walk to the broadwalk where you will find shops, food, fun and great music. Fort Lauderdale is so close to go visit. Great near by restaurants to choose from. Great visit.

Pretty nice

The apartment was pretty decent, we enjoyed the fact that the couches pulled down into beds as well for extra guests. Location is great it’s right on the beach with a pool too. However checking in was very stressful. My flight landed in Miami and I had no idea how to check in it was kinda scary. So eventually after I did get checked in, I had to come back to the management office which was hard to find and register to get keys for the building which costed me $40 for some reason. Idk I personally think they need to revamp their check in process. And then the second day of my trip there’s a knock on our door and it’s some lady insisting that we have to get out and that we didn’t book that room !?!? That was super annoying I had to provide proof that we did in fact book our room for those few days and that we paid in full already. Pretty annoying but overall a great trip.

Perfect ocean

The location is very good. Host and check in process were very good. Ocean was perfect. Beach is not clean enough during the day, but is cleaned every morning. Apartment looks good on the pictures, but it is really old and needs improvement.

It was nice but the shower and plumbing were not good.

Meh

There were little to no direction on check in, rules, much of anything. Every time the toilet flushed we had to fix the chain the tank to get it to stop running. Advised the property contact of issue, but it wasn't fixed..Barely clean and in need of tlc/updates. Halls were loud and on the last morning there was a woman passed out in our hallway.. The location is great, and pool was nice, with access to the beach. If it weren't for that I would give it one star.
