Le bâtiment est directement sur la plage et le condo est situé au 11e étage. C'est un magnifique condo impeccable entièrement rénové, comprenant un magnifique plancher de porcelaine fraîchement rénové, des comptoirs de cuisine en granit, des appareils électroménagers neufs, un nouveau matelas, une télévision à écran plasma, de nouveaux meubles, un magnifique balcon avec une vue très spéciale directement sur la belle ville de Miami et de l'Inter côtier.
Ceci comprend:
- l'accès à 2 piscines très charmantes et récemment rénovées
- l'accès à la plage, au spa, à la salle de sport, au restaurant, aux cours de yoga et bien plus encore !!
- un service de voiturier disponible 24h / 24
- Chaises, tables et parasol gratuits à la piscine

Veuillez noter qu'en plus du tarif journalier, il y a des frais de nettoyage à payer en espèces au départ de 170 $ et des frais de pass magnétique de 30 $ pour 2 personnes (vous permet de vous déplacer dans le complexe). De plus, si vous avez une voiture, les frais de stationnement sont de 75$ / semaine (100$ pour 2 semaines, 125$ pour 3 et 150$ pour le mois).

The host was amazing from start to finish, very communicative, very accommodating, and extremely helpful. The condo is extremely clean, which I love had everything we needed and we slept comfortably! If we are ever back in the area, we will stay here again!

Comfortable, clean and felt like home

Not long after arriving it felt like home. We had spacious rooms and everything you need for a home away from home. We had good communication from the owner of the condo and any questions we had he was helpful.

Home away from home

Love this property! Condo has an open concept and plenty big. Owner was available via text with questions we had right away. It comes with a spectacular view from the balcony especially at night. They have a great cafe that delivers. You are equipped with great beach gear with many options. We had the best time here and would recommend it time and time again!!

Property was perfect. Clean, well organized, everything we needed for our two week vacation. The host was wonderful. He answered me with every question I had. I asked him if there was a slow cooker in the unit. He said that he did not. I told him I would buy one and leave it in the unit as we could not take it home on the plane with us. He insisted on purchasing one for us. This is the first time a host has ever done that. The others simply ignored me. We cook most of our meals in when we vac and the slow cooker comes in so handy. I cannot imagine a better host. The location is wonderful. Two minute walk to the ocean. Two beautiful pools in the Tides complex. Great gym. Wonderful employees at the complex. Go, you will love it

Excellent accommodations !!!

Max was so easy to work with ! The condo is perfect just like it’s says ! All staff that we encountered where spectacular! Check in was easy! I loved the fact that Max checked on us ! I have never had any owners that we have rented from so that!!! He is wonderful ! Recommend this with 10 stars if I could !!!

Great Place at The Beach

Two of us enjoyed 1-week stay at this light and clean 1-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. Provided beach chairs and umbrella were comfortable. The beach is only 100 meters away from the building lobby. We spent all our time on the beach. But guests have an access to two outdoor swimming pools, communications with the manager, Max, were timely and helpful. Parking is easy and available any time. The building and elevators are secured. Please not that check-in and check-out processes could take extra time.

On the beach

I booked this property for my family and we really enjoyed our stay there. Very quite, clean and close to everything. As a family we visited many places around the world, but this was our first time to Florida vacation. I was not sure what to expect, so I had to depend on Max's description and have to say we were not disappointed. Great location (right on the beach!) clean and very well taken care of apartment, excellent communication, and very caring and understanding (Max and Natalie allowed us to check in early in the morning and offered to stay one more day for free!) You don't get this everywhere! Thank you Max. We will keep your contacts and the next time we back to Florida - we will definitely book your apartment again.

Wonderful host!

This was our first experience with this condominium. The host/owner was very detailed with the expectations before we booked and continued to be extremley accommodationing and helpful throughout the week. He allowed us to check in early and stay late. Great communication The condo unit was very clean with everything needed to eat, sleep, clean and play. My daughter and her friend slept on the sofabed and said it was very comfortable. There was only 2 beach towels and 4 of us so would recommend bringing extra. The condo complex is clean and well maintained with a nice pool (no hot tub) and direct beach access. Inside the complex is a bit dated but still nice. There is decent exercise room. Our ONLY complaint would be the miscellaneous fees and strict policies. Warnings posted about $100 fines with breaking them. The check in process was long and rigid and the registration staff was not very friendly. There are wristbands that have to be worn and security will check them. There is also a $30 non refundable key fob that you have to pay for every 2 people. The host does explain all of this prior to booking which was helpful! We understand the reasons behind the fees and policies for safety, etc...but it made it feel a little sub class. We were there during spring break (Easter, Passover) so it was very busy. I would not allow our teenage girls to wander around alone. Overall we enjoyed our week and loved the condo unit and the host/owner was amazing!

Condo super, hôte fantastique!

C'était notre deuxième séjour, et comme auparavant, nous avons grandement apprécié l'endroit. Le condo très propre et tout y est pour apprécier des vacances à la plage. L'emplacement est formidable, quelques pas et on est à la plage ainsi qu'à distance de marche du Walmart pour les achats nécessaires. Max est disponible et attentionné à nos besoins. Nous vous recommandons cette location. ;)

Super condo, agréable et on s'y sent bien. Propreté impeccable. Communication très efficace et Max prend vraiment soin de ses visiteurs par des attentions exceptionnelles. Document d'information très clair. Check in aisé et fait en 2 min. Les employés sont courtois et sympathiques. Je recommande chaudement! On retournera! ;)

Max was great to work with. The unit was as described, great location. He gave clear instructions, no surprises and was very flexible and accommodating when we needed laundry detergent for example. Would book again. Great host.

Absolutely awesome place, very clean, pics are exactly as the place looked. Max, the owner, was very accommodating with early check in and later check out. just a text away if you needed anything. The condo was equipped with everything one could need. Beautiful beach and pools. We will be back!

Just the Right Place

Place was spotless clean and had everything needed for a perfect retreat away from home. Conveniently located in best part of Hollywood area, across the street from stores and a steps from the beach. Host was great and very thoughtful in communicating with us, and always responsive. Would never look for another place as long as this is available for our South Florida get aways.

Wonderful condo

The condo was very clean and had a stocked kitchen if you wanted to cook meals. Walking distance to a Walmart which was also convenient. Max was awesome and always responded quick and also checked in with us during our 5 day stay to make sure we didn't need anything! Definitely would recommend

Great place for fun in the sun

We had great time - this is not the first time in this location and we enjoyed everything offered. Very detailed instructions and quick responses from the owner. Place had everything we needed - best place to stay since its close to everything.

- the property is directly on the beach... no streets to cross to go to the ocean...
- secure... a security guard will check your ID when you come in for the first time. you need a special key to go in and out from the building and in addition when you are at the pool, guests are controled so you dont have people coming from the beach and sneaking into the pool and getting to your personal belongings.
- renovated and well decorated
- all guests enjoyed it a lot so far
- 10 minutes drive to Hollywood boardwalk
