My wife and I stayed for 7 days over the Christmas holiday and it was great.Communication with the Host and his Property Manager was very good.Check-in was not an issue if you follow the directions that are sent to you prior to your stay.Things to prepare for when you arrive; have 20 CASH ONLY at check-in for your parking tag (This is refundable when you check out and return your parking tag.) Parking was 100 for 7 days with in & out privileges. There is also a 30 charge for your property FOB. Your FOB is the only way to access all areas at the resort. It is a very secure place and my wife and I always felt safe.The unit itself was very nice and the views from the balcony were spectacular all 7 days.Within the unit there is an oven, stove and 2 microwaves. The fancy microwave with the oven, did not work. A smaller microwave was provided that took up valuable countertop space. It was adequate. The spigot on the sink had flaws as well. The full bathroom is nice but a little cramped for two people to use at one time. There is PLENTY of closet space! The bed was very comfortable. There are beach chairs, umbrella and cooler in the unit, for your use. The freezer had ice packs, which was nice.The pool was amazing! Get down there early for your chair(s)! During our stay the beach filled up fast too.Great place for 2 people. Would stay here again if possible!

Ft Lauderdale Trip

The building is older but the apartment is very clean and fresh. The view is spectacular! It was very windy while I was there which caused the bedroom noise to be loud but I just wore earplugs. The patio is a great place to enjoy the evening or a walk on the beach is also nice.. Great place to stay.

Below expectations.

Check in was a pain, lots of run around, and extra payments (parking, build fob, parking pass) not stated with rental. Lots of damage in the apartment and not kept up well. Change of adding an extra night not communicated to all needing to know. Beautiful view of the top destruction zone of a parking garage.

Great beach apartment

This place was great for my friend and I to enjoy a couple days exploring Fort Lauderdale. Close to many things and there are close uber/lyft rides to fun areas. Beach, pool close and easy to use. We enjoyed the water taxi and beach boardwalks. We used the kitchen for breakfast and lunch and then explored the local restaurants at night. The shower could use a little water pressure and shower door because you want to get clean after a hot day in the sun. People have also mentioned the instructions for check in being tough but it all makes sense when you get here. Thanks for a great stay.

Beach vibes

Great condo.. perfect for my husband and I. Just steps from the pool to the beach. Check in could have been smoother as I had to wait in line 30 minutes for our parking pass and key fob.. along with the extra 130 charge.

The unit was just as pictured. Wonderful view! The check in was a breeze and the one issue I had(minor) was addressed within minutes! Everything you need is supplied, along with extras. Will be back next year! Thanks for being a great host!

Post Christmas beach Vacay

The unit was very comfortable with a great view. Had everything we needed. Great kitchen, beach chairs, cooler ,etc. We really enjoyed our stay. Check in process was a bit confusing and detracted from the experience. Also you have to wear wrist bands the entire time which was annoying. All in all would definitely come back.

Fun Relaxing trip

We stayed at this property the weekend after Thanksgiving, the host was very easy to interact with and the condo had everything we needed, including sand chairs and cooler. I would recommend to others!

You can find better

This is one of those places that looks good if you squint and tilt your head. At first glance it seems like a nice place, and the listing makes it out to be nice. However, the place is old and not well kept, you get a view of the ocean but the conveniently crop out the huge eye sore parking garage that is smack in the middle, the elevator attendant is very, very rude and after you book the place they send you a literal manual of instructions on the 10 step process to just get into the place and THEN tell you that you must additionally purchase a $30 key fob (heads up it will say $20 on the check in instructions) to even get anywhere in the building. Lastly, the bed is genuinely terrible to sleep in. They don’t even invest in sheets that fit it. Do yourself a favor and just spend an extra 50 bucks/night and go somewhere nicer that doesn’t try and catfish you into booking.

We loved our 3 day stay, the condo isn’t new by any means but is very nice and the view is gorgeous. Location was perfect for us. Loved the workout room as well as pool and beach! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful View

This one bedroom condo boasts beautiful views of both the ocean and the pool, we spent our mornings on the balcony enjoying the sunrise. A perfect place to rest and relax.

Miami stay

The view was stunning and the amenities were great. However the apt was a bit outdated and the bedroom ceiling had some mold. The check in/checkout process was not very convenient. We had to walk to another building to do so and it was a bit of a wait. They take cash only for specific things and credit card only for others so make sure you have both. Parking is additional and you must pay for 7 days there is no daily rate.
