Ce condo bord de mer situĂ© sur la plage. Belle, vue exceptionnelle ocĂ©an. Il est si proche que vous pensez que vous pouvez toucher l'eau. Vous sortez; faire quelques pas et vous ĂȘtes sur le sable, un peu plus vous nagez dans l'ocĂ©an. Ou assis sur le balcon regard sur l'ocĂ©an, quand vous voulez juste pour se dĂ©tendre aprĂšs dure journĂ©e sur la plage ou folle vie nocturne. Condo a tout comme hĂŽtel 5 Ă©toiles. Et vous vous sentirez comme Ă  la maison, et de payer seulement une fraction du coĂ»t. S'il vous plaĂźt voir les photos. Tout laisser Ă  la maison, il suffit de prendre une brosse Ă  dents, tout le reste est fourni, Ă  partir de feuilles de chaises de plage. Le prix est correct.

The unit was represented well in the listing. However the building is generally pretty grody. The building rules and check-in procedures are super tedious. You need to arrive during their office hours, and if you’re not available during those times, forget about it. The units furniture was probably the most uncomfortable I’ve ever sat / lied on. The mattress is extremely uncomfortable and the couch cushions springs are extremely uncomfortable and pushing through the seat.

Relaxing Trip

Property's was very nice, as seen in photos and descriptions. The view was amazing. Bed was very comfortable. Check-in could have been very confusing but with communication with owner, he made it very easy. He responds super quick with any questions and left his phone number in the apartment if needed. We will be back!

Lovely Beach Front Condo

Very nice beach front condo with good ocean view. Property is clean and well cared for. Really enjoyed the pool with a large deck area and plenty of chairs. Host was responsive and helpful.

Alec’s place is perfect—simple, spacious, and feels like home. It has everything you need to cook, and as someone working in a hospital, it was the ideal affordable escape. Highly recommend!

Check in process antiquated! Fees, fees , fees!!

The rooms are outstanding! Modern decor and spacious. You can only check in fully in only one of the buildings between 9 and 5. And you will likely stand in line to register and get your FOB and parking card. You will pay a fee both for parking and the card and the FOB. It seems like such an antiquated system of registration for such a modern hotel.

It ruined our trip

The only thing in this condo that was clean was the floor. The couches had spots. We didn’t even dare sit on them without putting a sheet on them, the comforter had black marks on it. The mattress had spots all over it. The fridge was filthy on the outside and what looks like mold on the kitchen ceiling. The chairs at the table were dirty. The air conditioning sounded like a freight train.land the blinds in the living room were missing pieces so there was no privacy. I’d love to share pictures.

Worth it!

I will say this place is great to start! Good size, clean, had all the amenities needed to get going and whatever you need last minute there is a store/cafe (Enjoy cafe) on the 1st floor. Very convenient! There was an issue with the bathroom on one of the days and Alec was at the door within a half hour and on top of it. Which was a game changer! turned the mood and the vibe around very quickly! So all in and all the place was great, but the owner went above and beyond and that made everything top tier! Thank you again Alec. Wish you the best in all you do brother!

Lovely time in Hallandale / Hollywood FL

Clean, convenient, good kitchen, minus a few things , spacious 1 bedroom apartment, easy ocean and pool access. Bed comfortable, lots of extra bedding and a roll-away. Beach supplies included. Only 1 suggestion- could use a more comfortable couch. Excellent communication with a very friendly host.

Beautiful place

The condo and view was beautiful. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed to stay. The air conditioning made a very loud noise when it clicks on but we were comfortable the entire time with temperature! The check in process was strange as it was not the front desk but they pointed me to the right direction. They charge 30 for the fob to get in and out of the building. You do not get this money back after returning the fob. The pool was very nice and heated. Access to the beach was beautiful! Very easy to get around. There is not a lot around the condo but the 40 minute walk to the shops wasn’t bad and they have a lot to offer there. Overall I gave 4/5 for the minor areas of concern but the place is beautiful and a fun place for me and the 2 kids!

I absolutely LOVED the condo! The view was amazing. It was exactly like the pictures. Spacious and clean. Seconds away from the beach. I loved the security of the building. Check-in process is terrible (though not the owners fault). The front desk people are ZERO help and act as if they don't care. I had to notify the owner for assistance and he responded right away. Would not change anything about the condo except the A/C was very loud and rattled constantly (again the owner was notified). All in all, it was a great place to stay and if I am ever in the area again, will most definitely use this spot again!

The room was nice, the inventory was older and we had trouble with the TV's but the host did help out. The staff at the condo does not know much about the room and are not helpful.
