Welcome to this magnificent Championsgate newly renovated 6 bedroom 6 bath vacation rental ready to make new memories with your family and friends.

Enter this spacious retreat with an open concept main floor living area with luxury kitchen with stainless appliances, dining area and open living room with comfortable seating and large screen TV. All this looks out through the patio doors to the covered lanai and screened in inviting pool with spill over spa.

On this main floor you will find 2 king bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: King bed with Ensuite with walk in Shower
Bedroom 2: King bed with ensuite with Tub/Shower Combo.

There is also another bathroom with shower and door to the pool area.

Games room with Pool table, two arcade games, cornhole game, dart board, Tv with a few bar chairs as well. All done up with a Super Mario Bros. theme.

Upstairs you are greeted with a movie room area with large TV and seating to enjoy a movie or just relax. There are an additional 4 bedrooms upstairs on the second floor as well

Bedroom 3: 1 Twin and 1 Full bed with a bath outside the room in the hall with walk in shower. Harry Potter Theme
Bedroom 4: 3 Level Twin bunk beds with jack and jill bath shared with Bedroom 5 with walk in shower. Mickey Theme
Bedroom 5: 1 King bed with jack and jill bath shared with Bedroom 4
Bedroom 6: 1 King bed ensuite with Tub and walk in shower.

Please inquire about the cost to add Pool/spa heat to your reservation. If you would like the Spillover spa heated then you do require to add Pool Heat.

BBQ Grill rentals are available for your stay and include propane and cleaning after your stay.

Communities do not allow RVs or Trailers to enter or park in the resort. Please make alternative arrangements if travelling with anything other than your personal vehicles.

Do NOT pay for pool heat. It got Luke warm by the 4th day at best. Bring kitchen towels and wash cloths. Didn’t even have 1 full roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms. I understand that it’s self sufficient, I have stayed in many vacation homes and this was the worst one yet. A lot of wear and tear though out the house which is expected. I gave this a low score because the pool spa is one of the reasons I rented this house and was unable to use it. The house is very spacious, the living room couch is uncomfortable but the couch in the movie room was much better.

Home was clean and tidy, pool deck and pool furniture were also well kept. Rooms and living areas were large and well appointed
 the pool table was fun to play. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend!

Great location!

The house was a great size for our group of 14. Lots of room for everyone to enjoy. The neighborhood was really cute and the Oasis Clubhouse provided some close offsite amenities. We had a few issues with damaged items when we arrived but the hosts were very communicative. We had a fantastic stay.

Spring vacation

The size of the property was very nice. However it some areas of the house were not very clean. All the bed sheets looked like they haven’t been clean. We paid extra for a heated pool to swim in in the evening but the light to the pool didn’t work and we contacted the manager as soon as we got there and they never came to fix the pool light. Probably won’t stay there again.

Fantastic House

We are a group of couples/friends aged 50-60 who stayed at this house for a relaxing, fun weekend. This is a fantastic house and pool area. The pictures are very accurate. Everything was clean and ready to go. This would also be great for a big family or several families. Lots of fun things to do - pool table, 2 video games, darts and cornhole. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again in the future. 10/10
