Enjoy our huge heated pool with a spacious deck, set in a very private and quiet backyard. The home’s open and airy design, featuring high ceilings, creates a serene atmosphere that will make you feel right at home.

Location Highlights:

A quick 10-minute drive takes you to historic downtown Saint Augustine, where you can explore the fort, the famous Night of Lights (from November to February), St. George Street, trolleys, restaurants, the alligator farm, putt-putt golf, museums, and more.
Avoid the downtown traffic while still having easy access to all the attractions.

Walk just two minutes to enjoy dolphins, fishing, and sunbathing.

The property was the best stocked property we have ever been too. Paper products were a plenty - the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook in. I would suggest putting in a king size bed. The size of the master bedroom I feel would be better with a bigger bed. There is that issue of the smell now and then from a treatment center. But other than that the beach was great and a very short walk to get there. I would consider staying again.

Great stay at the beach!

This property is excellent. A short walk to the beautiful beach and a great pool to jump in when you get home! Fully equipped with everything you need to have a great vacation! We had 6 adults and a baby and the accommodations were perfect for our group.

Cozy and comfy.

Short walk to beach, nice heated pool. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Everything was convenient.

July 2023 Vilano Beach Family Vacation

We have been coming to Vilano Beach for many years for family summer vacation. This is by far the best property we have stayed in. Fabulous location, everything you needed right there and great pool! We would recommend to everyone!

Beach Life, Best Life - Vilano Beach

We had a 2 week stay at Vilano Beach. The area is a quiet residential neighborhood. We loved the house, plenty of room for the 6 of us. The pool was terrific and a very easy, short walk to the beach which is beautiful. The house is a short 10 minute drive to St Augustine for a little excitement or stay at Vilano for peace and quiet.

Wonderful weekend Girl's trip!

The property was even better than expected. Nice quiet area and so close to the beach. It had everything you could need for a home stay. Uber access was readily available with an easy quick ride over to downtown St. Augustine.

Great Beach Getaway

Came down with the family and a friend for a weekend away at the beach. House is a walk away from the beach and has an amazing pool so you can split time between both. Very responsive owners who answered questions quickly.

Overall very impressive. The pool was a main attraction for the family and it was very clean. The entire house is immaculate and feels like home. Wonderful Beach Get-Away

We stayed here for 6 days. Beautiful property! Close proximity to the beach. Sadly, it wasn’t easily accessible; son-in-law is a paraplegic. Pool was fantastic! Had all the amenities to make us comfortable. Easy drive to St. Augustine. Highly recommend!

I sent my wife to see her mom and extended family in florida and this place is in the perfect location. Its quiet, close to the beach, and when you dont want to get sandy, you've got thempool. She was very please and said it was perfect

Great rental!

Our first time in St. Augustine. And we thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it. Evelyn (property manager) was amazing. She was very friendly and helpful. The house was clean. Very spacious. Pool area was great. And the walk to the beach was easy!!! Will definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation 2023

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is in a great location to the beach. The pool was great as well. They welcomed us and our fur babies. Beautiful house

Overall experience, the house was clean and beautiful. We enjoyed the location and the access to the beaches. The pool was the best part of the vacation!! Only complaint we had was the back bedrooms were hot. We had to buy extra fans to get air circulating in the rooms. It was a huge difference walking from the living area to the rooms in the back.

After speaking to these guests we called our air conditioning company immediately to come to the house and be sure the system was working properly. They came early the next day and found that everything was in perfect working condition as it is a brand-new system and the vents were blowing the correct temperature. The weather had been extremely warm that week with temperatures and humidity near 100°. We explained this to the guests and didn’t hear anything else during their stay so we assumed everything was okay. All rooms also have brand new ceiling fans The happiness and comfort of our guests is of our utmost concern and we did all we could to please these guests.

Beach Babe

Location Location Location The Pool was amazing The House was spacious The Beach & Ocean was fabulous Sadly, we had to deal with LIVE rodents, active bugs, and annoying smells near the treatment plant. Also, the refrigerator & freezer was not working properly and couldn’t keep our ice cream frozen 🥶 Overall, the house needs more tender loving care, and regular exterminator visits to accommodate beach guests. And again, the location was fantastic and our family visitors loved our vacation time together and touring all of St. Augustine ☀️

Vacation

We found the home to be average, but could use some improvements in livingroom furniture. Appliances all worked, but could be updated. AC worked good. We did have some issues with cockroaches,but they did send someone over to spray which helped. The pool was very nice! We did occasionally get some odor from the sewer plant across the street. The proximity to the beach was great (5 minute walk) and we loved the restaurants nearby. Whenever we had a request the owner responded immediately.
