We really enjoyed our stay! Check in was easy other than a technical issue the front desk was having. Our bracelets couldn’t be activated which made it a little difficult to get beach and pool access but security at the condo was very nice and gave us a number to call any time we needed in or out of pools/beach. One of our sinks was stopped up and maintenance was there within a few mins and had it fixed in no time. The condo was very clean, plenty of toilet paper, and dishes, and a lovely view out over Pineapple Willy’s. Our family of six (mom, dad, and four kids) really had a blast. We would definitely stay here again!

Additionally, no concerns were reported to us at any point during your stay, which would have given us the opportunity to address anything right away. Immediately upon your departure, when this review was received, our property manager visited the home ahead of the cleaning crew and inspected the linens, walls, and overall condition of the room — no stains, spots, or dust were found. Our children came home with head lice. One of the two hot tubs and fitness center was closed. The location is wonderful, and the condo well stocked. We did not use the free activities option.

The condo was great! Very accurate listing, however...the wait for an elevator was unreal, at 20 minutes per use. There are too many people and too few elevators at Laketown. On day 5 of our 7 day stay, a water main busted nearby and there was no toilets or water of any kind on floors 2-21 of the condo. Also,the AC was no longer working due to the water circulation issue?? Anyhow, the property didn't offer free bottled water nor any type of an apology or discount. Our loss, but my review speaks!!

Best ocean view! Nice condo although a bit dated and needs some minor cosmetic attention. The property itself had wonderful amenities. POOLS were immaculate, hot tubs working, lots of seating, multiple eateries right on-site. It's right in the heart of everything.with private beach access walkway, walk to Ripleys, Winderworks, Walmart etc. Short drive to lovely State Park, Capt. Anderson's wharf, even Baytown Wharf Solaris Yacht cruise was do-able. Close enough to visit Seaside, Watercolor and Rosemary Beach along hwy 30A. The lakeside was picturesque and perfect for phot ops.Although we had a blast for our Anniversary...the accommodation we booked needs some work! The entry door was beat up, some pots and pans in the kitchen we're unsafe & needed throwing away. Some lamps didn't work, problem with the t v in the master, no single serve coffee maker, no cook tray in the toaster oven. And the master bath need some touch up paint on the baseboards. We could feel the springs on the old mattresses. We didn't let these cosmetic things ruin our trip, I would certainly visit this property again. I just wouldn't want to stay in this one particular unit. We got there about an hour early after a long drive and quickly found out we had things to do regarding getting the parking pass and activating our armbands. This info was sent to our email. We realized it was our mistake, we had to get that done. The pay over time feature was painless, thank you iTrip !

Great Condo!

This condo is exactly as pictured. It is bright and cheery. We had 2 teenage boys who were playing in a baseball tournament. Their was plenty of room. Easy access to beach, great pool and restaurants. The seafood buffet in the complex was wonderful! Would definitely stay again!

As advertised 2 bedroom with bunks

Nice view of the gulf and sun on the deck all afternoon. Beds we’re comfortable but had spring popping issues. Carpets were worn and original. Price was great for out 60 day winter stay

nice place for teens/young adults

My friends and I enjoyed staying here. The only problems we really had were the cleanliness of the room and the slow elevators. The carpet in our room definitely needed to be deep cleaned, and we had to wash our comforters as well. Other than that the place was great and it was a nice location, pineapple willy’s as well as walmart and shops were all in walking distance. I would stay here again

Just Okay

Not terrible, but not the best. First the good: the view from the balcony is wonderful, the condo had everything to prepare meals, had plenty of bathroom towels (could use another kitchen towel) beds were fine. Now the needs improvement: the bedrooms are hot (they need ceiling fans, made sleeping difficult), the lighting in the bathrooms are horrible, we had two lamps without bulbs, the condo was only surface cleaned. We would not stay here again, mainly because of being hot at night.

Good but busy

The actual condo was very nice, clean, and had great amenities. The location was nice being close to the beach and near pineapple willys. however the area was incredibly busy and the beach was always packed. During checkin and check out it is nearly impossible to get an elevator since there are not enough for the amount of people and how large the complex is. on check in we waited 30 minutes and many were waiting longer. You will have to split up groups so not the best for families with littles. Parking is very easy. Lots of amenities on site and pools. The air conditioning could work better we think it only blows air into the living room. The door to the master bedroom onto the deck does not lock which made us slightly nervous.

Overall good

The property was overall good. Great view of ocean. The master bed definitely needs updated, there is a huge dip in it but other side was ok. The only issue we had was no WiFi/cable the entire stay. We contacted the person and they did respond back with they would call and find out and then I sent 2 other emails after following up on it and still never heard back. My husband needed to do some work on his laptop so that made it difficult and also could not watch tv which with children was also difficult. Overall the space of the condo was great.

Unclean

We loved the location, beach access, and view but the condo was just not cleaned throughly. Looked like a surface clean. We found multiple things that should’ve been cleaned up from previous bookings laying out in plain sight. The second bedroom bed was very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced asap. Lighting is not great either. Dishes were very dirty had to rewash them all before using.

Condo review

Upon arrival, we turned air conditioner down in room. It never got cooler, it was 75-77 degrees from the time we checked in and all night. We contacted the number given to us, to which they pretty much told us they couldn’t do anything til the next morning. we had some babies with us so it was very inconvenient and none of us slept the first night. There is so no ceiling fans or anything of the sort to help curricular the air either. After the air was fixed, we didn’t have many other problems! Master bathtub hot water doesn’t turn on (knob is stuck). And carpet could probably be changed out in condo but other than that it was in a very convenient location. Also, not condo owners fault but very limited elevators and they take FOREVER to be able to get one.

Laketown Wharf

The property was a bit of a disappointment. On check-in, we were told that the baggage carts were not available due to Covid restrictions, which necessitated numerous elevator trips and the elevators at this property are frequently out of service.  We never received the hang tag for parking during our stay at Laketown Wharf, the property manager said that they would bring us one, but never did...fortunately we were never ticketed. We didn’t get the WIFI login and password information on our confirmation email. The bed in the master bedroom was unusable... the box spring/foundation was broken and the mattress sagged into the broken area. We stayed in the second bedroom and that mattress is long overdue replacement, too... coil springs that we could both feel and hear! We only found 1 comforter/blanket in the unit. The track lighting over the island is missing a bulb. Master bedroom only had 1 TV remote (Spectrum remote was missing), but the other 2 TV’s had 2 remotes, 1 for TV, 1 for Spectrum. The disinfectant/cleaner that housekeeping uses left a sticky, tacky feeling on all horizontal surfaces, especially the floors! Carpets desperately need cleaning or replacement.

He had a great time and great trip. One of the couches in the condo was literally broke in half on the back, so we stayed off that because it was getting ready to fall apart at any minute. At check out we did wait almost and hour to get on an elevator. I had to other choice but to wait because I had my 71 year old grandmother in a wheelchair. I did like the stay and location though

THE CONDO NEEDS TWO BED MATTRESSES AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

Nice condo horrible location

The location is horrible along with the elevators at the property. Police presence was known all over the place. Beach closed early because of the crime around the location. The condo itself was very nice.

As advertised

The property was as advertised. We have stayed in the resort multiple times and this was our first time on this side. Dinners watching the sunset were perfect.
