Break Away is a roomy and comfortable waterfront oasis! Plenty of room for your family and enough room to get some solitude if needed. It is conveniently located just next to Halesford Bridge's activities and restaurants. This charming home has been renovated and updated with all the modern conveniences and has water views from almost every room. Enjoy sitting on the lakeside porch and patio where you can view the water 10 steps away. A large Weber stainless gas grill, several picnic tables and a fire pit to round out the outdoor gathering fun.
Break Away offers five bedrooms, three and a half baths, WiFi, wood burning fireplace, paddle boat, paddle boards, kayaks for both adults and children sizes as well as life jackets for guests to enjoy. Let the family race and activities begin. Experience all the lake has to offer as this home which is centrally located to Moneta, Halesford area and Westlake including restaurants, shops, galleries, and nightlife and numerous opportunities to get out on the water to take a kayaking tour, fishing trip, or sunset cruise.
Main level has an open floor plan with kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, dining room that seats 14, den with comfy seating with fantastic view of the lake and Master suite. The lower level has two Queen bedrooms as well as a second full kitchen and gaming including a pool table and foos ball. The upstairs level has a bunk room with four Twin beds (one bunk bed, trundle and separate twin) that will be the kid castle of the house. The second room on that level is a Queen and shares a hall full bath. House Rules for Your Stay
Responsible Renter: You must be at least 25 years old to rent the property. Proof of age may be requested. A parent or legal guardian must accompany guests under this age.
Occupancy Limit: The property is strictly limited to the number of guests specified in your reservation, as listed in the house advertisement (ages 2 and above). This maximum occupancy cannot be adjusted. Exceeding this limit is a breach of contract and may result in immediate eviction.
Pets Policy: Only dogs are allowed in approved pet-friendly homes with a paid fee. All pets must be leashed and under control at all times. Emotional support animals are not permitted unless explicitly authorized in writing with a fee.
No Parties or Events: The property is for residential use only. Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not permitted and may result in immediate eviction.
Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, please keep noise levels to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Respect the neighbors’ right to quiet enjoyment.
Trash Disposal: Guests must remove all trash upon departure and dispose of it in the designated facility. The cleaning fee covers routine cleaning only and does not include additional cleanup.
Property Respect and Maintenance: Report any maintenance needs immediately to ensure a prompt resolution. Treat the home as your own; any damages or excessive mess may result in additional charges. Please return all furnishings to their original positions upon checkout.
Follow Local Regulations: Abide by all local laws and regulations. No parking on lawns or adjacent properties; please respect all parking restrictions.

Our stay at Break Away was great ! The complete family enjoyed the week vacation, My only downfall was using VRBO very disappointing site, over charging for very little service !!! VRBO SUCKS !!!!!!

Perfect!
Breakaway had everything we needed and then some. The location is great and even the hottest afternoons there was a shady spot to relax. Kids loved the air hockey when we weren’t outside and the house is roomy enough to give everyone options. When ants wanted to crash the party property management was responsive, polite and helpful. Thanks for a terrific family getaway!

Could Not Ask For More!!
One of the top Vacations we have ever had and we vacation a lot!
The house was beautiful! It was literally stocked with everything you could possibly ask for. Waffle iron, Keurig , drip coffee machine, margarita machine, ice cream churn, you name it ! Very comfortable, very clean, tons of options in life vests and kayaks. We rented a pontoon boat for the week, which was very enjoyable, but actually not even needed with so many options at the house.

Great Property, but Tight with a Boat
This property was very clean, and it has all the amenities you could want. Its location, just off the Route 122 bridge, is super convenient to everything, whether by land or by water. However, very, very tight to turn around with a larger boat (ours is 23') trailer attached to a pickup truck. The driveway winds around the house, but the turn radius appeared too tight for my equipment. The owner should ascertain the maximum length that works, and this should be published with the property info. There was also a question upon check-in whether the "included" linens were actually included. Guests should verify this closely when reserving. If not for these 2 items, this property would rate 5 stars.

Regarding the issues you mentioned, we apologize for any confusion regarding the linens. All reservations typically include linens since our home accommodates up to 12 guests unless a guest opts out, which the VRBO platform indicated for your reservation. We were glad we could quickly resolve this for you, with the owners covering the additional cost.
The parking has accommodated up to 10 cars at family holiday gatherings in the past, and the driveway loops around the house. However, we understand the turning space might be tight with a larger truck, boat, and trailer combination like yours. We will look into clarifying the dimensions and update this information in our property details to assist future guests.

Family vacation
Hard to find a house big enough for our family of 5, plus spouses and grands. House was perfect fit and the house was well stocked with all the creature comforts! Cove in front was very tranquil, but a bit small and water had a green hue. Waterfront had lots of leaves and could have used some clean up! There were 2 docks, plenty of kayaks, but ground had a lot of stone (hard on the feet), ants galore and fire pit was a joke. Hot tub was awesome! Was able to dock the boat easily, but parking the trailer was a bit tough. Public ramp very close, and fortunately was able to put the boat in before arriving. Was able to unhitch the trailer to turn it around, otherwise would have had to back up and extremely tight and steep driveway. House was terrific and location was convenient, but would have liked to be able to see a bit more or the lake. Only was to do this was to venture out on the boat.

What a great place on the Lake
What a beautiful view from many of the rooms in this awesome family plus more sized home. The owners have done a great job of making sure that the rental is equipped with everything you need from fun in the cove to the supplies and utensils in the kitchen. We plan on coming back! You will love it!

Best trip ever!
This property has it all! Great location off the main road but far enough back that there was no noise. Perfect spot on the lake, it kept our 14 year old boys busy from sun up to sun down! Lots of lake toys and the pool table were a big hit. We can’t wait to come back next year!!!

Great weekend getaway
This house was perfect for a weekend getaway with a large group. Everyone had plenty of room to move around and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The hot tub and pool table kept the teenagers well entertained. The kitchen was well stocked and the property manager was amazing to work with. We very much recommend this house!
