This beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo features a spacious primary ensuite with a 2 Twin Size beds, along with a guest bedroom offering two twin beds. The unit includes a large living area, a dedicated dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and granite countertops. The condo also features three large flat-screen televisions and central heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort. Step onto the lanai to enjoy gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico with truly spectacular scenery with magnificent sunsets that are a sight to behold.

wonderful place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect! 4twin beds with big bathrooms in each bedroom. Nice kitchen and living room with a screened in deck overlooking the gulf. Less than a minute walk to the beautiful.

The Best Beach Vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have come to Island House Beach Resort yearly for 30 years. We've stayed in this unit a couple of times. It is clean and well-maintained. It is one of the few not been updated. The kitchen has white older cabinets and green corian countertops, but the view is amazing and what we want! The furniture and Carpet are new and beautiful. The great thing about this unit is that it has two bedrooms, both with their own bathroom, but they both have tubs, which was not ideal for my Mother-in-Law.

Construction across the hall killed my vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was noisy construction in unit across the hall Dec 27,28,29 and 30th. 4 days we could not sit on the patio or inside. There was a guy on a crane working in front of our patio for 4 days. We were not informed of this or would have stayed elsewhere. Unit should not have been rented if noisy construction is going on.

Terrible Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been staying at Island house since 1980, this year I had the worst experience of my life. We arrived on Saturday June 29th and Sunday the AC stopped working and would not start. I started to call the emergency number and no answer. I sent numerous texts and still no answers. We had to sleep in an 80 degree apartment all night taking walks several times throughout the night to the car yo sit down in the car and cool off. Monday morning I called the office and reported the situation, the AC was repaired after 1:00pm on Monday. Like it already was not enough on Friday, July 5th again the AC stopped working and again no one answered my texts or calls on the emergency number. We again slept in 80 degrees which caused my blood pressure to skyrocket because of the situation we were in, I didn’t pack up and leave since the next day was my check out because of my blood pressure and exhaustion. I am very dissatisfied with my stay the property management lacked the personnel to answer emergencies and my stay wasn’t enjoyable 3 days wasted because of the lack of guest relations.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very clean. It had all the accessories we needed for our vacation. We had a very nice time. The view was amazing. There are a few things I’d like to mention the would make the place more enjoyable. 1). The bathrooms need updating2). The kitchen ceiling fan needs to be fixed. It shakes a lot almost seems it’s going to fall off. 3). The bedroom (with the blue bathroom) has a light out in the ceiling fan and also the lamp between the twin beds is very loose when you attempt to touch it4) There needs to be a ceiling fan and a light outside on the porch.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved the condo for our stay! The space was awesome, the rooms were perfect and the table in the living area was FABULOUS for our nightly Shanghai card games! We would have used the lanai more if the seating was better. One chair was broken. The other was starting to rip. This did not deter our wonderful experience. I did leave a voicemail and an email for the office but neither message was answered.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Furniture and furnishings are shop-worn and outdated. One bedroom needs to have a queen bed. Take a look at the entrance door with paint flaking to give you an idea of the inattention paid to this unit. took 10 days to get a light replaced in bathroom. Not good.
