Suite 114 est une suite au rez-de-chaussée, entièrement rénovée et décorée avec goût, avec une vue imprenable sur le lac Charlevoix. Cette unité comprend une chambre avec un lit king-size et une salle de bains avec une douche à l'italienne. Suite 114 a une kitchenette tout prêt pour les repas dans la suite, une table à manger et un salon avec un canapé-lit queen, cheminée à gaz et d'une télévision à écran plat. La porte coulissante en verre s'ouvre sur un patio privé qui offre un accès direct à notre plage privée.

Boyne Mtn Ski Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful area not far from and easy drive to ski hill. Super friendly and helpful staff! Only negatives were the air conditioning unit that let in a significant amount of freezing cold air. We managed to block it with a blanket and extra pillows (VERY windy night 3/1/25) and couldn't find any hot pads for pulling hot tray out of toaster oven.

114 Water St Inn

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: nice unit/furnishings/location. the weather was cold, snowy & very windy during our stay. that's to be expected in N. michigan in March, however our issue was that the thru-wall A/C unit was not weather sealed. with the wind blowing like it was, it seemed as if there was a window open. also, couldn't get the temperature above 67 degrees, regardless of the T-stat setting. unsure if the system wasn't working properly, or, if there is a T-stat controlling the entire building and the T-stat in our unit was not functional. overall, it made for a chilly weekend.

Our condo 114 was very clean, updated and well appointed with all we needed to stay for 4 days. Lots of dishes, glassware and pans. There was a supply of spices.

Another good visit!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Another nice stay at Water Street Inn! However, table was a high top and broken (very prompt response from management...thank you!). Also, A/C was quite noisy and could not cool the bedroom (a bit warm at night). Overall a nice unit (clean, bright, well furnished) but would choose another for our next visit.
