Location is perfect! Cleanliness, however, was definitely lacking. Floors were filthy also found food like a chicken bone out on the balcony that was left from previous guests, and found a couple of live cockroachesZ

We take these matters seriously, and your experience does not reflect our usual standards. Guest can report any issues during your stay and we are happy to address them. We did look into this and did not find evidence of cockroaches and confirmed regular pest control protocol is in place.

It was a very nice place. Great view of the ocean and spacious. The pool area was very nice. Our deck was very spacious and offered a great view. The property manager got back to us quickly with resolving a few minor issues. Nice short walk to the beach where they had cabanas and umbrellas to rent. Having a Publix right next-door was a plus the ice cream shop.

Relaxing getaway

We had an amazing week staying at this condo in Treasure Island, Florida. The ocean view was absolutely incredible — waking up each morning and seeing the water right from the condo was one of the highlights of our trip. The sunsets were beautiful, and the peaceful sound of the ocean made the stay even more relaxing. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It had everything we needed for a full week, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect — close to restaurants, shops, and right on the beach, which made everything very convenient. Communication was smooth, and the entire experience from check-in to check-out was easy and stress-free. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway in Treasure Island.

The condo was well-stocked and we had a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Cleanliness was obvious because even the outdoor balcony furniture was clean. The property manager responded immediately when we had difficulty entering the unit and he arrived within 10 minutes to resolve the issue. We would definitely stay there again.

Great views!!!

We had a fantastic stay. The condo was incredibly spacious, very clean, and offered amazing views from the large balcony — it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. One of the best parts was the location. We didn’t need a car at all since everything was within walking distance, including great restaurants and a Publix right next door, which was so convenient. The management company, iTrip Vacations, was extremely responsive and easy to work with, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We would highly recommend this place and are already looking forward to coming back again with our family!

Spacious and Comfortable

This condo is in a great location with Publix next door and the beach across the street. There are several restaurants in walking distance which was great because we didn't have a car. The unit is spacious and clean and there was plenty of room for our family. The intracoastal around the pool is really nice and we even saw dolphins.

The condo is in rough condition. At first glance everything looks nice. But the more you look the more you see all the problems. The floor was really dirty, the master bed was uncomfortable, the towels are terrible, the shower had no pressure, and the faucets in the bathrooms are too long for the sinks. So the faucet is in the way when you brush your teeth or wash your face. Overall, there were a lot of things that by themselves wouldn’t be major issues. But combined, it made it so that we won’t go back to this place.

Great location Condo is decent, nothing special Paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags should be furnished for entire stay Bedding did not seem fresh, room was cleaned in less than 2hrs Pool water was COLD only a few people got in the whole week we were there. Outdoor furniture needs some refreshing

We stay every year in Treasure Island and the Palms is close to the beach, Publix and walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Complex has a nice pool and hot tub. Condo was well supplied

Great for Family

Great property, the beach, grocery store, restaurants are all within walking distance. The kids had a blast fishing and hanging at the beach. The owners were very responsive with any questions we had. Would definitely come back.
