Suite 315 est une unité mise à jour au troisième étage avec une vue imprenable sur le lac Charlevoix. La cuisine offre un grand four, de belles armoires haut de gamme et des plans de travail en granit. Il est entièrement équipé avec de la vaisselle et des ustensiles prêts à préparer les repas. La cuisine a deux tabourets de bar pour des sièges supplémentaires et la table à manger peut accueillir jusqu'à quatre personnes. Le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit queen-size, d'une cheminée à gaz et d'une télévision à écran plat. La porte coulissante en verre s'ouvre sur un balcon privé donnant sur notre plage privée. À l'étage supérieur, vous trouverez une salle de bains avec une combinaison baignoire / douche, ainsi qu'une chambre avec un lit king-size et une télévision.

Unit 315 is nice because it is an end unit. This unit needs some upgrades like carpet and the bathroom fixtures. The bulbs in all the fixtures and lamps are not very bright. Replacing all with LED bulbs would be a great upgrade and would lower the electric bill. The staff in the office are great (very helpful)

Love The Waterstreet Inn but this unit badly needs uodating

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My daughter and I stay at The Water Street Inn every summer but had never stayed in this particular unit before. It was the only third floor unit available when we made our reservation so we took a chance and sadly, found it needed updating badly. The carpets were very stained, the decor was outdated and the furniture was old, worn, and stained in places as well. A kitchen rug of some kind is needed too. The unit itself was very clean though which we greatly appreciated. BUT the sunsets are gorgeous, Boyne City is completely charming and we will simply stay in a different unit next year when we visit! (Unit 312 is our favorite!).
