This beautifully decorated condo has all the comforts of home. Newly furnished livingroom and dining area. This is a top floor partial beach view with the most spectacular Northwest view of the Gulf and beach. All new large bedding throughout. Enjoy beautiful gulf breezes from the privacy of your balcony. Bed linens and bath towels are provided for up to 6 guests in the condo. As a guest of John's Pass Condo's you will have access to our office services such as printing boarding passes and sending and receiving faxes as well as receive and send mail from our office. Our friendly staff will do their best to accommodate any requests or concerns you may have during your vacation.Please come and enjoy the beautiful beach and soothing warm breezes as well as the local attractions which include John's Pass Village and Boardwalk with its many shops, cafes, restaurants and fishing charters directly across the street from our condos. Coin operated washers and dryers are located on each floor. This is a non- smoking accommodation.

The unit was very nice and comfortable. The only problem was most of the chairs on the deck were in bad condition so the deck wasn't used much. All other accommodations' were above average. The elevator was very slow at times, so we used the stairs occasionally because we got tired of waiting. We loved the 5th floor and am very interested in using the same unit again next year during January. Thanks, eric

Wonderful place to Stay!

This place has literally everything you need for an awesome stay @ the beach! The unit is Beautifully renovated and just steps away from the beach and pool. Tons of shopping and restaurants surrounding this place. You can walk to everything. We loved our stay, and will for sure be back again!

We loved this property! The balcony had a great view of the beach, enabling us to see the large wood of manatees that showed up near our condo! We were able to stand in the water and watch them swim around us. The beds were plentiful and comfy. The a/c was great! Very nice place!

Fun Beach stay

Condo was as described, great location for walkability! We got to see manatees while swimming in the gulf and we rented a pontoon to take out to the sandbar and were able to see dolphins too! We had a great week. Only thing that would have made it better would be a washer and dryer in the condo- they are available but you must have change and there is not a way to get change on property.

We enjoyed our stay at condo 506. The ice maker wasn’t working and they sent someone to fix it asap. I only gave it 3 stars for cleanliness because there were pills in the bedroom floor and something fell behind the couch and when we moved it to get it out there were candy bar papers and other garbage under the couch. It just seems to me that for what they charge for cleaning they could pull it out and sweep under it. The condo was as described it was a good size and the view was good. The only other thing that I will mention is that the beds were not very comfortable. And that is compared to my own so that could be just me.

Overall we had a wonderful time. Nice beach view, spacious rooms and close walk to shops. Elevator very slow and no A/C. Loud music around pool and bedding was not clean. Had Cheetos mess on blankets in closet.

Snowbirds

This property is in a great location close to the ocean, shopping, restaurants and a draw bridge. There were two adult couples that stayed in this condo. Unfortunately, the bed set up wasn’t great. We would have preferred a queen in the guest bedroom. It had a full bed that was very uncomfortable. The master had a king AND a queen bed in it. Nice granite in kitchen and bathrooms.

Mad beach getaway

Nice condo except for a few glitches: weird bed arrangements and unresponsive action to our email for issues with the unit. We spoke with a “person” who required us to email, which we did but had no response in 5 days. Great location; convenient to John’s Pass stores, bars, restaurants, etc.

Floors were dirty, sink clogged in spare bath, and four dead roaches and a couple live BIG roaches! Emailed what I thought was the owner and I never got a response!

Great condo!

My family of 4 stayed in this condo for a quick pre-Christmas get away. The location is great-directly across the street from John's pass with a crosswalk directly in front of condo. The pool area is very nice. The condo itself is as pictured, could use a few updates but still very nice. My suggestions would include: more than 4 towels, a full size coffee maker, and a thorough cleaning of the floors and under beds/furniture. Sadly, the elevator went out while we were there and remained our for over 24 hours which was not convenient but manageable. I would still recommend this condo.

Overall I would rate this unit 3.5 stars, just a few minor things and this would be a 5 star unit. Pros Recently updated , right on beach, across the street from John’s pass. Cons No beach towels provided - would have been nice as when traveling by suitcase not an easy item to pack, no dish towels in kitchen - we used an extra bath hand towel this is something than can be added easily, patio furniture very old and needs to be replaced one completely broken chair and one that if you sit was about to break, beach chairs need to be replaced you fall back when trying to sit in on beach.

Great location

The location is awesome, Johns pass is accross street and easily walkable to shops and restaurants. Beautiful gulf beach, pool was nice and warm. The condo needs updates, the curtain rod and toilet paper holder was falling out of wall. The entry rug was filthy. No screen door on the main balcony door, birds flew in so we had to keep it closed. We were told a parking permit should be left in the condo for us to put in vehicle, I called for one 2x and they said it would be delivered but never was. The balcony furniture was broken. If these updates are done it would be a great stay.

Apt utensils were not clean, trash can does not had lid

Trash can lid was missing, Need to remind property manager 2 times .. second day he brought it, My point was with no Lid I need to change trash bags every day but there were only one extra trash bag available. Guy who brought the other trash can .. started arguing with me that i need to buy trash can to change every day. except that incident everything okay.

Beautiful beach, terrible accommodations

This condo has a great location, being close to restaurants and right on the beach, but there are several things to consider if you're thinking about staying here:Unfortunately, the condo is in need of some upkeep. It felt generally shabby and not very clean. Several electrical outlets were missing covers, with exposed wires hanging out, which I found concerning as a potential fire hazard. In the guest bathroom, the aerator was broken, and when we arrived, the shower in the primary bathroom was clogged. Despite reaching out via email, I received no response, and I had to call management to get someone to address the issue.Additionally, there were dirty dishes and glasses in the cabinet, and food crumbs in the kitchen drawers, which was pretty off-putting. The beds were only equipped with thin comforters, and there were no additional blankets or towels provided. We had to head to Walmart to purchase extra blankets and towels, as there was only one towel per person.Despite what the website photos suggest, there were no chairs around the pool area, so if you want to sit by the pool, you'll need to bring your own. The tile floors inside the condo were very slippery, almost as if they had a film on them, so extra caution is needed.While the beach area is lovely, the noise level can be quite high. The music playing is geared more toward adults, so if you're traveling with young children, this may not be the most family-friendly environment. The pool restroom filthy.

Did not live up to the high price we paid!

We invited dear friends as our guests and were embarrassed by the terrible mattresses in the guest bedroom and by the tiny guest bath. The bathroom exhaust fan didn't work, the drain was slow-moving, and the faucet sprayed water. The ice maker wasn't fixed until 2 days before we left so we had to buy ice. The condo seemed to be only surface-cleaned with dust beneath all the beds and on the chandelier. We bought light bulbs to replace ones that didn't work. The kitchen wasn't fully equipped for actual cooking. On the day we checked out, the elevator wasn't working and we had to move all our belongings down 5 flights of stairs--including our bicycles. (We were warned that it wasn't safe to leave bikes in the parking area, even with locks.) My husband is 75 and I'm 73, so several trips up and down the stairs exhausted us! We expected much better for the price we paid.

Great view, awesome pool and location to private beach. Plenty of bathrooms and beds.

This is a great place just needs some amenities improvements. The email with passcodes was great as we didn’t get to the condo until 2 am. Fridge was clean and it had a nice layout. First time walkeing through the condo there was a dead cockroach in master bedroom my husband removed it quickly -we did not see anymore during our 7 day stay. The tile floor was filthy. After my first shower I walked barefoot, sat on the couch and noticed how disgusting my feet were with dirt. The tile is a light color, and I am sure it would be hard to tell if you got all of the dirt, but it was from the bathroom throughout the entire condo that was dirty, which made us feel like it was not fully cleaned before we took possession. we were staying for seven days and we had a total of four towels and maybe four wash rags along with one hand towel per bathroom. We ended up going to a store and buying extra towels and wash rags which we left in the condo in hopes, they would leave them for the next group of guests that would be surprised. In our past experiences with FRBOs people left spices in the cupboards, condiments and leftover dishwasher soap, and laundry soap. We found none of that which wasn’t a big deal, but we did leave our leftovers in hopes of helping the next group of guests, including some sunscreen coming out of a spray I understand Covid may have changed the rules on what can be left in condos, but the number of towels was definitely in -adequate. there were plenty of blankets and pillows and we were happy to find some fans in the closet. There were also beach chairs, lawn chairs a beach umbrella, sand toys, and sand mats for on the beach. All of that was appreciated.. we has a total of two rolls of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels. There were two disposable dish rags and no kitchen towels to use but they did leave a small bottle of kitchen soap which got us by and three dishwasher tablets.. there were a few cosmetic things like a patch from a towel bar falling that was not painted over. We were unsure if the tile in the shower was truly clean, and we found that the bathroom toilets had residue from previous guests. After seeing these things, minor detail was the toilet was a push button and it had green stuff where you had to push. Every time you pushed it- It felt gross. The dirty floor and dead cockroach right away set the questionable stage. I cleaned and we still had fun!

Fantastic Beach Getaway

We had a very pleasant stay at Sandy Shores. Being lifelong veteran travelers to the Clearwater/St. Pete area, and frequenters of John's Pass; this spot was amazing. It was a bit crowded, but that's to be expected right before the kids go back to school. The room and location were great!
