Escape to this beautiful, ground-level St. Andrews villa, where you'll enjoy a relaxing getaway in the heart of Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort. This spacious, single-level floor plan offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience.

The fully equipped kitchen features custom granite countertops and sleek black stainless steel appliances, providing everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The adjacent dining room comfortably seats six, which is ideal for sharing meals with loved ones. Throughout the villa, the beach-inspired décor enhances the coastal vibe, immersing you in the resort's serene atmosphere.

The inviting living room is furnished with comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. It also offers an HDTV for your entertainment, with easy access to the private patio for enjoying the outdoors.

The Primary bedroom is a restful retreat with a king bed, an HDTV, and a newly renovated en-suite bathroom. The bathroom features a custom vanity and a stylish subway tile walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds, also with its own HDTV and en-suite bathroom, updated with a custom vanity and walk-in shower.

Step outside to your private patio, where you'll be treated to stunning views of the George Fazio golf course and a tranquil pond with a soothing water feature. Watch as local wildlife and a variety of birds frequent the area, offering a picturesque, peaceful experience.

For beachgoers, the pristine shores are just a short five-minute drive away, or you can take advantage of the Dunes Buggy, a convenient on-demand shuttle that operates seasonally. Please note that pets are not permitted.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1870 St Andrews Commons is a great location. While there were a couple items such as window screens that aren't tight and the outdoor grill wouldn't work with the outdoor plug it I nice unit. The neighbors are super friendly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice stay at palmetto dunes overall. A few issues for me with the condo. The sleeping pillows were flat. Also a few lights in the lamps were burned out and need replaced. There were also more little bugs I saw crawling on the floor than I would have liked to see. I appreciated the bike and beach chairs for us to use and the proximity to the beach and shops etc at shelter cove.

Downside was that the rental unit did not tie to the resort, so use of heated pools, hot tubs, workout facilities and other were not available to us.
