All Decked Out - Modern holiday home with multiple decks including a covered outdoor entertaining space with open fireplace and plastic blinds. Close to shops, cafe, golf course, estuary and Mangawhai Activity Zone. Pet Friendly.

All Decked Out is a spacious modern home with multiple living/entertaining areas both inside and out and there is also now a small sleepout at the back of the section with two single beds in it. The modern kitching/dining living flows out onto decks front and back, with the back covered deck including an open fireplace and plastic blinds for a cozy spot on cooler evenings. There is also a second living space which opens out onto a third deck. For your coffee fix just bring your own pods for the Nespresso machine.

The property is well positioned for the sun and is fully fenced, perfect for the kids to run around on and even better is pet friendly. NB: Pets are permitted outside only and not on the outdoor furniture. The outdoor deck with kennel is a cozy spot for pets.

Quail Way is a quiet cul de sac, set back from the hustle bustle of Mangawhai Heads but only a 10-20 minute walk to the estuary, golf course, Mangawhai Activity Zone for the kids, bush walks and the Heads shopping complex with various shops , cafes and takeaways.

Fantastic property!The house is well equipped and comfortable - nice beds, plenty of extra bedding, heaters, comfy lounge. The kitchen has everything we needed and more. Outdoors - the covered deck is great, the outdoor room is awesome, and lovely spa. Location is handy to everything. We'd happily visit again!

Place was nice and clean, easy to get in, host was lovely. Very central to lots of restaurants and the beach. Everything was great. The only piece could have been better was the linens were extra and limited. Otherwise great!

Lovely facilities in Mangawhai

Overall excellent stay. Bach is in a great location, quick, short walk to the shops. It has excellent outdoor entertaining with really cool fireplace area to hang out and enjoy your company and a nice protected dining area close to the kitchen and the lovely spa. We were a group of 8 adults, the only downside would be the fourth bedroom and the pullout bed which is probably more for a child and rather uncomfortable. This should probably be sorted out if renting to 8 adults particularly given cost of accommodation. However, overall we very much enjoyed our stay, lovely tidy bach and really friendly and efficient communication with the bach stay people who were very accommodating and efficient. Lots of great things to do in Mangawhai including the mexican restaurant Gringas, the markets on Saturday morning and wonderful Bennetts for a nice breakfast and chocolate!

Relaxed stay, great location and space

This is our 2nd time staying at this place. My kids absolutely love the house. It is a Great location, 400metres to local shops. House has it all. Kitchen is well equipped with plenty of appliances. Kids loved the spa and dolls house. Beds have fans and plenty of extra blankets. Ee would stay here again.

Amazing! We had everything we needed and more!

Beautiful house, great layout, spa pool was 100%, heating and cooling system, perfect location to amenities. Comfortable beds!

Luxury weekend away

The house is clean and comfortable, and spacious for small & big groups. There is enough room for kids to run around in the backyard, with supervision as the property isn't fully fenced. If 2 families decide to use the property, there is enough room to spread out as there is an outside area that you can use like a second lounge. Beds & pillows are comfortable too, and the spa is a welcomed bonus if you decide to do a winter trip here.

The house was well situated, immaculately clean and well organised. I had to cook and host a wine tasting weekend for six and I found the kitchen to have everything I needed in the way of equipment.

This house is immaculate and very well laid out. Cabana with fireplace a real hit, as was the spa and general outdoor living. We had 6 adults, who all loved it.

Wet weather haven

Nicely appointed,great kitchen and furniture and comfortable. Great for wet weather entertainment with coverd decks and seperate man cave with sky TV and fireplace was great for evenings ..truly a Gold medal effort there A few small disappointing things with bathroom to main house..far to small and sink squeezed in making it uncomfortable for bigger people to get through..more thought required to correct the layout. Spa pool was fantastic,however ,no platform steps and screen was inadequate,privacy was compromised as neighbour's across the road and people walking on footpath were easily in view whilst in pool,once again more thought in planning was required,,lastly location description was inaccurate as this was beside a very busy road,,much care and patience is required to drive out. Early morning heavy trucks and continues traffic thru out the day on this main road was irritating. Overall a nice place for a short stay perhaps, however we don't feel we got value for the price we paid for the 11 nights we stayed The host manager was very responsive and helpful on short notice he popped over to provide us with more firewood and allowed us to have a late checkout due to rain delaying our clean up and departure Overall above average B+ to A- Kiaora and thankou

Great spa and outdoor fireplace!

We enjoyed out stay at this bqch. Super comfy beds, great location to walk to some bars and restaurants. The spa and outdoor fireplace were huge hits for us.
