The owners have added small touches of local history throughout. You’ll find photos of the once famous Wonder Bar, historical documents and maps and even a flag flown in the PSJ Centennial Building over 80 years ago when the Florida Constitution was signed.

The upstairs living space is wide open with amazing views in every direction. You feel a constant pull to the outdoors with windows from one side of the house to the other. There are sitting spaces throughout to get comfortable in, and even a custom-made dining booth. With two separate dining spaces, multiple sitting areas, a living room with a large TV, a kitchen and a wet bar you’ll be set for entertainment.
