Choose ‘Coastal Heaven’ and the ELEVATOR will take you to this CORNER ‘tastefully furnished’ 1300+ sq. ft. unit which features 3 bedrooms and sleeps 10.  There is also a sofa bed in the living room if needed.

BR #1 – King bed with large dresser, closet, chair, luggage rack and TV & access to the deck.

BR #2 – 1 Queen and Bunk Beds with a large closet and plenty of drawer space.  Also a desk and TV for children to play their games.  A bathroom is shared with BR #1.

BR #3 – 2 Full Beds with large closet and cabinet and features a nice large bathroom. 

There is also a half bath off the main entrance hall which makes it very accessible. There are ceiling fans in all the rooms.  If you purchased Linens for your stay, the will be delivered to the unit before your arrival.

·         The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you might need if you decide to cook a full meal.  There is a large frig/freezer with ice water dispenser, glass top electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and ample glassware and serving pieces.   A washer/dryer and vacuum are also available.

·         Start your day with coffee from the Keurig coffee pot or, if you prefer, a ‘Mr. Coffee’. There is nothing more relaxing than going out on the deck to enjoy that coffee.  This being a corner unit makes the deck very private.  Just below us is an area that anyone can use and features barbecues/picnic tables if you prefer outdoor dining.

·         The living room is large enough to accommodate a regular sofa, a loveseat, 2 lounge chairs, coffee table, large TV and on one end there is a large table.  There is also additional seating at the kitchen counter.

·         The beach is a very short walk, making it easy to carry some belongings.  Many people also bring a little wagon which makes it even easier.   When you return there is a shower as you come into the building so you can leave some of the sand behind.

·         Many stores and eating establishments are within walking distance.  Also, many people choose to rent a golf cart for the day and ride around taking in the island sites.  There is also ‘golfing’ nearby.  Return back home to take a dip in the community pool!

·         If you are here for an extended period of time and your garbage builds up, there is a place to empty it over near the pool area.

·         The covered garage (with #1201 above the opening) accommodates 2 cars and is large enough to leave plenty of room as you are emptying and loading your car.   The best part is the elevator is only steps away to take you to your unit.
