PLEASE BE ADVISED THE COLONY REEF CLUB PROPERTY WILL BE UNDER CONSTRUCTION FROM OCT 2025 – MAY 2026. BEFORE BOOKING, PLEASE MESSAGE OR CALL THE OFFICE FOR MORE DETAILS. ALL AMENITIES WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE RACQUETBALL COURT WILL BE OPEN DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT.

Enjoy a view of the ocean from this nautical ocean view condo. With brand new living room furniture, you'll never be at a loss for comfort and the dining room table comfortably seats 6. The sleek kitchen is fully equipped and comes with a stackable washer and dryer and a drip coffee pot. There is a primary bedroom with a king size bed and a private ensuite bath. The adorable second bedroom has a queen and full size beds and a twin with a trundle bed in the third bedroom also known as the "Crow's Nest."

All of the condos are equipped with private Wi-Fi and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.

Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquetball court, and fitness center.

The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.

Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase DISCOUNTED tickets to the Old Town Trolley and many of Saint Augustine’s attractions right in the main office at the property!

Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

Very Nice

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Colony Reef Club. I wish we had more time to enjoy the amenities, but we still enjoyed our visit very much. Everything was very clean and well maintained. I had a very secure feeling being there and everything was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

Winter at Colony Reef

Colony Reed is conveniently located close to grocery stores, downtown, and great restaurants. Best of all it is right on the beautiful beach. The staff at Colony Reef are extremely helpful and friendly. They are there to assist with whatever need you may have. Unit 1207 could use some attention. The furniture does need a good steam cleaning and I was told there is a new refrigerator on its way which it definitely needs. The washer and dryer are older and could be replaced. It takes a couple cycles with the dryer get get towels and heavier clothing dry. These are issues that come with rental properties. It is not a reflection on Colony Reef Club at all.

After I spent a few hours cleaning it I was able to relax. The view was great and everything I needed was there. Just felt like the cleaning was skipped.

The bedroom with the 2 beds was my room had 3 lamps only 1 worked the tv you had to plug and unplug to turn it on and off. The master bedroom the bedspread had stains on it which made it unpleasant to look at. The refrigerator looked so old and dirty. The screen door on the sliding glass door didn’t open or close. It had a terrible smell when we open the door. You need to update the picture so people know what they’re renting. The grounds to and from the pool were nasty to dead roaches in hall ways. Uneven side walls. The one thing that was kinda nice the pool. I will never come back.

Safety concerns with management unconcerned

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have been vacationing in St Augustine 50 plus years with many of those at this location with extended family to the tune of 10-12 weeks per year. There were 2 teenagers destroying property,playing baseball in the center hitting the balls toward building 2 . Hitting the balls into the porches ground level and up. They also were smearing brownies all over sliding glass doors and banging on windows at 1-2 am.they also stole balls and beach toys off the porch. Because of how aggressive the boys were we did not pursue getting the toys back. Cars parked at the buildings without hang tags. My husband is disabled and when I’ve could not find a handicap parking place. I had to drop him off and find a space away from the building. We complained to the manager early in the week and was told they could not do anythabout the problems because they did not know who did it .even though they had the boys on tape and their evening security man ( Nate) had to speake to the boys numerous times because of multiple complains.destruction of chairs, and lights and trashing the grounds. And throwing a hard baseball bat that came up onto my daughters unit. Barely missing my grandsons. And the manager that day answer to me was maybe Colony Reef wasn’t a fit for us going forward.I told management the exact unit the boys were in and their description but they didn’t care.We were here at this location 4 weeks this year but we will not come back here and I have told my extended family the issues we had and they also won’t be coming back .

The unit had been quickly cleaned on arrival. There were some issues with some areas not cleaned well. Guest bedroom mattresses were not comfortable, Master ok but could be better. Crows nest had a trundle. Kitchen well equipped with nice porch. Plenty of seating in den for large family.

Clean but not!!

This property at first glance was clean and decorated nicely. Then getting ready to cook a meal was an experience. When they updated this condo the kitchen was neglected. Cooking equipment was old and in bad condition. Not enough decent pots.& pans. Thank goodness my daughter was staying in another condo. We were able to borrow from her.

We were there with 6 other families and enjoyed our time at the pool and beach. Both of those areas were great! However, our stay in 1207 was disappointing. The kitchen (cabinets inside and out) and dishware was disgusting and was poorly supplied. The beds were squeaky and uncomfortable. 1 of the living room plantation shutters was broken, 2 lamps were broken and no remote in 2nd bedroom for the TV. The next day they removed the lamps and left a remote for the TV.

Great escape during winter time

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in the unit #1207 in February 2021 and extended for the first week of March. The unit was very clean, all beds and couches super comfy. There were 2 beach towels in the guest bathroom (we didn’t see it until our guests arrived). The kitchen was fully equipped (except for garlic mincer) however we would appreciate more dinner plates. Also, the utensils would be nice to have all the same kind. There were no beach chairs in the unit. We liked the facility, nice playground for kids. Outside pool still cold in February. The indoor pool was nice. Originally, we booked #1105 but few days before coming received an email that it had moist issues. Our unit was nice, but I’d rather stay on the 1st floor. Building #2 had much better sun exposure. The beach was walking distance (with stairs) to the wonderful beach, wide and good for long walks. Great stay overall.

New furniture in living room was beautiful and perfect amount of seating at dining room and patio tables. Only slight concern was the queen bed on rollers on a tile floor. Caught me off guard at first. It was a little noisy if you turn in your sleep but not too horrible. View from the balcony was gorgeous! The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Short walk to the beach on the boardwalk. Staff was friendly with any calls as well as with check in and check out. I’ll definitely be back!
