Very nice little property, with a short walk to Barton Springs. The Host was very responsive and the other tenants at the apartments were very nice. The pool on site was very clean. Great experience overall!

Amazing location by Barton Springs. Super easy check-in and check-out. Corner market down the street open till midnight and well stocked. The host provided coffee and filters which was great.. could have used some other basics like veggie or olive oil.. who wants to buy a whole bottle just to fry an egg? Would stay again for sure and bring a couple more "basics".

Host was very helpful and kind! I’d absolutely stay here again. Great location just minutes from downtown. Walkable distance to the Barton Hills Mart, which was a big plus for me. Kind and respectful neighbors. 5/5!

Affordable, comfortable, great location

Accommodations were exactly as advertised. The house was clean and comfortable; and the location to Barton Springs and Zilker Park were perfect. Having parking included in the stay is a HUGE plus!

Great room in the perfect spot next to Zilker Park

My partner and I stayed here to attend ACL Fest. It’s a great spot in the perfect location. The room was as advertised and perfect for a few people.

Great location

Excellent communication. Great spot for anything downtown or special concert event. The pool was an added plus. Not a party atmosphere, which was welcomed!

Although the code to access the room didn't initially work, they were quick with providing a new one. The neighborhood is very nice and super close to downtown and Zilker Park which was perfect for our holiday plans. Definitely recommend this property for a small family, couple or afew group of friends. Only recommendation is providing a broom and dust pan to help keep floors clean during our stay.

Awesome stay

I had been searching everywhere for a place to stay that was affordable and in a good area. I had almost given up hope and found this awesome little place! My husband and I walked up to the market at night and felt completely safe I walked to Zilker park by myself and had no trouble. There was also a water filter provided which was much appreciated. It was a convenient drive to get to everywhere we needed to that weekend. If I come to Austin again I'm booking through AustinVacays again :)

Just ok

While the location of the booking was amazing and the communication with staff was great, my overall experience was poor. The unit was not entirely clean upon arrival, the toilet handle was broken and bathroom sink handle was faulty, the unit had an odor, and I found a cockroach.
