Nice little Condo

Overall it was good when i needed to message them about the bathroom they responded the same evening although noone could get out before i checked out. Pool and beach were nice and not crowded.

Re-Charge Time

I absolutely loved this property and it was so easy to check-in and out! Everything was clean and well taken care of, I will say I had to purchase some basic kitchen things but that's about par for the course with condos. Beach was right across the street and nice and calm as far as crowds. I will be returning soon!

Beautiful, clean and in a great location

The owner was very communicative, and I knew what to expect before hand. The condo is beautifully decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed. The location was ideal. It’s situated within a five minute walk from the beach, 15 minutes from Saint Augustine, and close to restaurants and stores. We would stay here again.

Will definitely stay here again!

Had everything we needed and we appreciated having all the basics to start us out - soap in both bathrooms, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry/dish soap. Very well thought out. All the furniture was comfortable, apartment had a nice layout too. Pool was really clean and big. Property well maintained and easy beach access. We will definitely rent this unit again in the future. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great place!

I enjoyed our stay at the grey whale at pelican inlet. Great location to walk across the road to the beach! About 18 minutes to downtown St. Augustine which isn’t too bad. Plenty of room for me and my fiancĂ©e. Master bed was huge king size and super comfortable. I would recommend staying here and would stay again for sure!

Unit was everything we needed. Clean and had extras to use like beach chairs and sand toys. Unit AC wasn’t working morning of check in and owner had someone out that afternoon who fixed it. Short walk to beach so perfect location. Beds were comfy!

Great relaxing week!

We had a wonderful time! The area is quiet and relaxing. Just what we needed! The condo is beautifully decorated. The only reason I cannot give 5 stars is that there was couple plumbing leaks but it did not interfere with our vacation at all. The owner was having a Plummer come the day we left. We definitely would stay again!

This is a great little hidden gem!

The location is great and you’re not far from the beach and also a boat ramp for the river. There is also a large pool to cool off on those hot days. The place is updated and really nice inside with plenty of amenities for the beach. The rooms are actually decent size for what you find in Florida at this price. I would say that this could easily accommodate up to 5 people and still not really feel cramped. There’s a nice back porch/patio area. The company handling the unit was pleasant to deal with and handled our needs. Check in and check out was smooth. There is also a Keurig coffee maker, I know this is big for some people. My Son suggested maybe put a tv in the second bed room though this wasn’t a deal breaker at all. This was a great stay! Thank you!

Terrible Experience

We arrived at the property to find a horrible smell, filthy window sills,toilet paper holder rusted, pool key did not work, vents filthy. Two bicycles - a child’s bike and an adult bike sitting in the master bedroom. Furniture in the porch was the worst problem- two matching chairs had so much rust on the arms that if you rested your arm on them, the rust rubbed off on you. Chair cushion was ripped and stuffing coming out. The other chair had what looked to us to be black mold growing on the cushion! The third chair was wicker and had a huge hole in the seat! The porch was filthy! We contacted the owner and she said her condo was always clean. We took photos of all the problems and sent them to her and she wrote back agreeing it was bad. We told her we would not be staying in the home and she was very upset saying she would buy new furniture if we stayed. We said no - we would not stay even one night. We contacted VRBO and they opened a case for us. Apparently a company called Evolve manages this property and they opened a case as well. We sent VRBO And Evolve photos of the property. We left and had to find a hotel - a half hour away. Yesterday we received notice from Evolve that there would be no refund because we didn’t give the home owner a chance to resolve the problem. What? They expected us to stay in that filth while the owner bought new furniture?! Never heard back from VRBO. We have used VRBO for years - never thought they would treat us like this.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely condo! It's fresh, clean, and the decor is so beachy and relaxing. I chose this condo because of its close proximity to my family, who live over off US 1, and I loved being directly across the street from Crescent Beach. The bed in the primary room is one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on -- so much so that I checked out the mattress and am thinking about upgrading my bed at home! The owner also texted me when I checked in to let me know to reach out if I needed anything, which I appreciated. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect home and area!

What a great stay at this lovely, meticulous, comfortable, quiet, close to St.Augustine condo. And a short walk right across A1A to Crescent Beach, absolutely gorgeous. St. Augustine is 11 miles away and the 22 Stop Hop on Hop Off Trolley is worth your while as basically no parking within the narrow, historical streets of St. Augustine.

Perfect for a quick getaway

The rental is absolutely perfect! Denise was very helpful and replied instantly to any questions. They have beach accessories, bikes, etc on site for your usage. The beach is a short walk across the street and was so quite. I’m definitely keeping this listing in my favorites, we’ll definitely be back.

Great Spot

The condo was very clean and extremely well stocked. It was a great spot for our family's weekend away. While it is located on the South end of Saint Augustine beach, it is still easy to access historic downtown and other areas around Saint Augustine. The neighborhood is quiet and the pool was beautiful! We would definitely stay here again.

Hello! Everything was great with the property except the wifi password was wrong on the site. We sent an email to the property Mgr, no response on that issue. We finally tried using variation of the password and figured it out.
