Right in the heart of Union Pier, we welcome you to On Cloud Wine. This four-bedroom, three full bath condo is gorgeously appointed both inside and out. With over 2500 square feet of living, your group will have plenty of room to kick back and enjoy. Main floor boasts a fully stocked kitchen with lots of pantry space for you to use. Dining area seats eight plus four additional with kitchen island. Open concept family room is perfect for socializing or watching your favorite sporting even on their flat screen TV. In the off-season, cozy up to the wood burning fireplace! There is also an additional seating area that closes off at night with pull-out couch for main floor sleeping (fourth bedroom). Full bathroom on main floor too.

Second floor has three bedrooms and two full baths. Master bedroom has a king bed with ensuite full bathroom (shower & tub). Second bedroom has one queen bed and third bedroom two queen beds. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom in hallway.

Outdoor dining area and gas grill perfect for your dinners. Sit under the stars while staying toasty with your outdoor firepit too.

Just a short walk to Miller beach as well as other beach options nearby. A block away from downtown Union Pier for your morning coffee, pastries, or lunches.

All the amenities you would expect in a quality rental including association heated pool, internet, central A/C, washer/dryer, cable, gas grill, outdoor firepit, wood-burning fireplace, walking to beach & downtown, and much more!

Great place - will stay again

We love the area and this was a great property. Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay short because of power outages in the whole area. No fault of the property. We were sad to leave. Pool was awesome for the two days we got to use it!

Amazing condo both inside and out. Plenty of room for entire group. Unfortunately we had a citywide power outage for over 24 hours when guests stayed.

Solo family reunion?

Plans for a group of 6 fell through at the last minute, so ended up being only one of us able to stay at this spacious home. Very clean, well-appointed, one block from town center...would have been perfect for our larger group...next time maybe we'll all make it. :>) Next time during the summer!

BVC writers retreat

Four authors and a cabana boy stayed four nights, five days, had a blast. The kitchen had absolutely everything we could want. Whole building is spanking new and clean. Amazing amount of attention to detail, our needs anticipated and provided for, and everything worked, which is a freaking miracle. Parking was a PITA, however. We were only allowed two parking spots, although the lot was EMPTY. Apparently the owners are in a conflict with the HOA so even if the whole complex is empty, we can't use empty spots. Cabana boy had to park a mile away in the office lot. It took two emails and three phone calls to determine all this including the explanation. It'd be good if they got that worked out. It's possible on-road parking is doable, but although the township parking officer said Yes, the landlords said No, so we didn't risk it.

Each condo only allows two spots per unit. This is on our Agreement as well as in the advertised listing. I am glad they enjoyed their stay otherwise!

Cloud Nine on Cloud Wine

Every single thing about our stay at Cloud Wine was perfect! The three bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and the den on the first floor was also an excellent place for someone to stay. The kitchen was as well stocked as any I've seen in a vacation rental. Actually the house had everything we needed and more. Certainly the swimming pool located right next to our condo was more than ideal. The location in general could not have been better. We were on a quiet street, and just around the corner was downtown Union Pier. The beach was less then a mile down the road. As wonderful as the house was, Jason and everyone else at Bluefish Vacations was just as terrific. I have a lot of environmental allergies so they may sure we were well stocked with unscented cleaning supplies. That along with other needs that we had were always fully met. My family and I couldn't have been happier with our whole vacation experience.

July Review

Had a wonderful time at this location. We have been coming up to Union Pier for the last few years and this was the first time trying a different property. It was a perfect location for my family. Everything from start to finish was seamless. I look forward to coming back next year!
