The private furnished patio is accessible from both the living room and primary bedroom and opens directly onto the raised pool deck. Guests can move easily between the condo, pool, hot tub, grilling area without using stairs. The patio also provides a convenient place to relax outdoors, enjoy the coastal atmosphere, and supervise children at the pool.

Inside, the spacious living and dining area features comfortable furnishings, tile flooring, a flat-screen cable TV, and a fireplace insert. Sliding glass doors connect the interior with the patio and pool deck, creating an open setting for families to gather after a day on Indian Shores Beach.

The full size eat in kitchen is equipped with appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, and other essentials for dining at home. Stocked cabinets and drawers make it easy to prepare breakfast, pack snacks for the beach, or enjoy a family dinner at the condo.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, patio access, a flat-screen cable TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a double sink vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers two queen beds, while the third bedroom includes a full bed. Both guest bedrooms have flat-screen cable TVs and share a hallway bathroom with a shower and tub combination.

Families traveling with young children can enjoy a playpen with a mattress, two booster seats, two baby bathtubs, a baby walker, a baby carrier suitable for children up to 40 pounds, a toddler toilet ring, a step stool, baby bibs and dinnerware, a baby life jacket, and a bed rail. An adjustable portable bath stool is also available for guests with limited mobility.

Beach Cottage I 111 includes free WiFi, cable television in the living room and all three bedrooms, central heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans, an in unit washer and dryer, complimentary laundry detergent and fabric softener, and free local and North American calls. Guests also have access to seven beach towels, beach chairs, a beach cooler, pool toys, board games, playing cards, wall mounted hair dryers, a sewing repair kit, and a first-aid kit. Bed linens, bath towels, and check-out housekeeping service are provided.

The Beach Cottages I & II community offers direct access to Indian Shores Beach, a heated Gulf front swimming pool, a hot tub, a large sun deck, three gas grills, poolside restrooms, an outdoor shower, an interior elevator, and stairs. The pool deck is wheelchair accessible, and guests receive complimentary access to a local fitness center.

The assigned covered parking space is conveniently located beside the stairwell leading to the condo hallway, with the elevator a short walk away. Only one parking pass is issued at check-in.

Located along Gulf Boulevard, Beach Cottage I 111 places guests near Indian Shores restaurants, local shops, watersports, and family friendly attractions. Indian Rocks Beach, North Redington Beach, Clearwater Beach, and St. Pete Beach are also within easy reach for exploring more of Florida’s Gulf Coast.

A seven-night minimum stay is required. Maximum occupancy is seven guests, including infants. Only one covered parking space is provided; RVs, trailers and boats are not permitted. This is a non-smoking and pet-free vacation rental. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
