Vous pouvez profiter de votre café du matin en regardant le soleil se lever sur l'océan, puis vous détendre votre journée avec une boisson fraîche tout en regardant le coucher du soleil sur la marina. Nous avons tout ce que vous pourriez souhaiter pour vos vacances, y compris un ascenseur privé et une belle piscine commune.

Nous sommes une maison de ville à deux étages (deux derniers étages) avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour vos vacances à la plage. Avec une courte promenade d'une minute, vous vous allongerez sur la plage en profitant du soleil dans le sable. Lorsque vous revenez, nous avons une douche extérieure pour vous rincer ou simplement rester dans la piscine avant de partir pour le déjeuner.

Avec 4 chambres et 4 salles de bain, tout le monde sera content. Nous avons deux grandes suites parentales avec salles de bains luxueuses et bains à remous. Nous proposons trois places de parking couvertes pouvant accueillir 4 véhicules et un ascenseur privé pour que vous n'ayez pas à trimballer tous vos effets personnels dans les escaliers! Avec deux grands ponts, tout le monde peut profiter de la vue magnifique sur l'océan. Quel endroit merveilleux pour votre famille et vos amis pour passer leurs vacances.

Lorsque vous entrez pour la première fois, vous remarquerez des planchers de bois franc, des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en granit, des éclaboussures de carrelage et beaucoup d'espace pour tout le monde. Votre décision la plus difficile sera de savoir qui dort dans quelle chambre! Nous avons des téléviseurs dans le salon et les quatre chambres. Il y a une terrasse avec vue sur l'océan au large du salon et une autre sur la chambre principale à l'étage. Ce sont deux endroits parfaits pour s'asseoir et profiter de la brise fraîche de l'océan. La salle à manger a une grande table et avec des tabourets de bar et des sièges pour onze personnes. Le rythme lent de la vie insulaire vous permet d'oublier facilement vos délais de travail et bientôt vous ne vous souviendrez même plus à quel point votre vie est stressée à la maison. Avec de belles plages, d'excellents fruits de mer et des activités amusantes pour les enfants, vous serez heureux d'avoir réservé cette maison ici sur Carolina Beach.

Carolina Beach est facile d'accès et une fois que vous traversez le pont sur l'île, vous commencerez instantanément à vous détendre. Nous sommes une ville balnéaire familiale et proposons des groupes en plein air en direct, des feux d'artifice, une promenade, une jetée de pêche, des restaurants et un Food Lion et Walgreen's sur l'île. Pendant votre séjour, n'oubliez pas de vous diriger vers Britts Donuts et d'en prendre un ou deux. Ils sont un incontournable pour toute visite à Carolina Beach et sont sur la promenade depuis 1939. The accommodations are very nice, spacious, so close to beach, etc. we would come back for sure. Check in was a bit of a mess, but we eventually got through it. I understand they are going to update the check in procedures to ensure the next groups have an easier time

I had 3 elderly family members with me so I was sold on the elevator for them. I was told an hour before check in that the elevator was not working. Was told that the elevator repair man would come that day or the next day. My 85 year old mom, my 79 and 75 year old Aunties had to climb about 100 steps; I was so upset. I was told that the elevator was fixed and it was not. Gavin the property manager did get it fixed the next morning but the disappointment was already there. Glad it was fixed but still disappointed. Yumi told me they had no control over mechanical issues and I would not receive my money back so again glad God was with us. 3 elderlies. After the stay when it was time for a review I was told if they did not get it fixed they would have put me in another place - I heard nothing like that in the beginning when the elevator was not working from Yumi I think the name was. If you have a big SUV you will have difficulty parks- the parks are small with a small area to maneuver - nice place but did not like the elevator issue- we had to be out by 10 am - so the renter that left that morning had to be out by 10- I could not check in til 4 - so they had plenty of time to check the elevator prior to my arrival- My Mom and Aunties were out if it the rest of the evening on check in day - wore out. Won’t take the chance again to stay there not with them - Thanks again Gavin - don’t know what I would have done without you

Unfortunately, mechanical issues can occur unexpectedly, and elevator maintenance and repairs require service from the appropriate technician. Once the issue was reported, efforts were made to have it addressed as quickly as possible, and we’re glad the elevator was back in service the following morning. We understand that this was frustrating and appreciate your patience while the repair was being completed. Wonderful Weekend at Clam Shell #7

We had an amazing stay at this property. It's the prefect size for a group and very kid friendly. We were only steps from the beach. Given that we stayed during these unknown times, the property was very clean and safe and was a wonderful place to escape to for the weekend. Thank you to the management team for being in communication and quick to respond to any of our questions. We'll definitely look to stay here again when we come back to Carolina Beach!

Have stayed her many times it’s like coming to oh safe place

Beautiful sunsets from deck and short walk to beach to see sunrises. (You can also see sunrise from downstairs bedroom window) This is the perfect location for children or grandchildren. Will definitely come back ! Also love this end of Carolina Beach . Less crowded and we see some of the same locals every year . Good times ! We love the pool too!

Steps to the beach, pool and elevator to make dragging luggage up to the third floor a breeze and very accessible for the grandparents. Plenty of space for our family of five, in laws and niece and her friend. Large well equipped kitchen was great for nights we wanted to stay in and cook meals. Covered decks made great places to enjoy a cup of coffee with ocean view in the morning or glass of wine at sunset. Dave and family with A1 have always been A+ very responsive if any needs come up and easy to work with. Can’t say enough about this place. We look forward to coming back for years to come!!

Memorial Day Holiday

Loved the location to the beach!! We truly enjoyed relaxing on the upperstairs balcony and looking at the ocean. A very well equipped kitchen. We were so thankful for that as the restaurants in the area did not have adequate staff and waits for dinner were extremely long, more so than normal. Plenty of space for 6 adults, 2 boys under 5 and a 9 month old. Sufficient parking, and the elevator was so appreciated at check in, check out and grocery trips. The grandsons Loved the pool, and it was so close. Just wanted to mention,, the staircase railing was a bit sticky and could use a cleaning, as could entry doors. A positive experience and a memorable trip.

Great rental!

Clam Shell was a great location for our family wedding weekend. The property was clean, well maintained, clear instructions for everything, close to the beach, with a pool for my girls. Large open space for entertaining. The elevator is a must have for packing/unpacking and for those that can’t do the stairs well - big bonus for us. I appreciated the book with local recommendations of places to go and see. Overall, very happy with the accommodations and would stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Decks are great to hang out on and the sound system outside is a great addition. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies. We would stay here again.

The weather was great for February. We enjoyed the porches which allowed us to take advantage of two water views - the canal and the ocean. It was the relaxing experience which was needed after being shut-in for most of the winter. The house was clean, beautiful, with comfortable furniture. The elevator was a great addition. We will be back.

The house was very nice, the pictures in the ad were exactly what you got. Very close to beach and easy to carry beach stuff to beach. Elevator was a big plus to unload and load vehicles. Would recommend to stay here.

Family Vacation Provided Time with Grands during COVID19

The house suited us perfectly. My husband and I occupied one master bedroom with balcony access. The 4 grands, ages 1 to 7, occupied the room across the hall upstairs. The parents had the two rooms downstairs. It was awesome. We sat on the balcony upstairs after the kiddos had gone to bed and we could still hear if there was a problem. Also the master was very large and filled with the crafts and toys that we brought. So our room frequently became the hangout for everyone. The house is wonderful. Distance to the beach access is great. The surrounding area was not exactly what we have been used to in the past, but since we were social distancing it really was ok.

The perfect beach house for our family

We don’t have to carry everything up steps ! The top floor has beautiful views of sound and ocean . It has a huge master suite with large balcony with rocking chairs . The second bedroom has a full, 2 twin beds and twin pullout sleep sofa . This room is perfect for the teenage grandchildren . The two upstairs bedrooms has heated tubs ! The downstairs has 2 bedrooms with queen beds that are perfect for myself and my son that doesn’t have children . I could go on and on ... They just added 4 smart TVs this year. The kids love the pool ! This part of beach is perfect for children and families ! It’s not over crowded. Keyless entry door. We’ve rented same house for 4 years ! Most. Likely will be back ‘

Clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Our 3 generation family of 11 were quite comfortable. Rental company was very responsive. Elevator very handy for loading and unloading. Would stay again.

This is our favorite place for many reasons...the size, the pool, the elevator, and the location. It was clean upon arrival, and the decor is lovely. David and his team are prompt to respond with any concerns or questions. A1 Property management is topnotch!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I cannot rate this spot highly enough. Lovely view of the ocean and the sound, clean and perfect layout. The mud room off the elevator made getting my toddler to and from the beach so much easier and the living spaces were so comfortable and spacious. Felt very COVID safe, independent air flow, not crowded beach and when we had an issue with the elevator a property manager came right away and wore a mask.
