The 1,500 sq. foot, open layout condo is pet friendly and includes a king sized bed in the primary bedroom, two twin size beds in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. A fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, oven and a coffee maker. It contains all your dining needs: dishes, glasses, silverware and knife set, pots and pans, BBQ set, etc. Enjoy a large screened in lanai to enjoy your morning coffee.

There is a rich array of resort amenities for short term stays (less than one month) include covered parking, free WIFI, private resort-style heated pool and cabana area, children's tot lot area, a splash zone, and BBQ grilling area with picnic tables. A deep water marina with wet and dry storage is now open to enjoy a restful stroll and a beautiful place to watch the sunsets.
